I frequent the Subway on Derr Rd. Springfield several times a month and almost every time I go in one of the tubs of spinach is rotting. Dark green, slimy, wet and starting to disintegrate. When I call attention to it I’m looked at like I’m unreasonable. I’ve mentioned it to co-workers, they go in, same slimy rotting spinach being served. Nothing fresh about it.
I cant tell if your open on a Thursday at 8:15 pm because, if you are, your employees decide to not answer the phone. Thu. July 1st.
Waited in drive thru, 35 minutes before they got my order and only 5 cars ahead of me. Turned off by this place,. I love Subway but that was easy too long to wait, they also charged me for the wedding order. Definitely upset. Usually go there 2-3 times a week
The other day I tried to stop in and grab dinner for my daughter and I was not wearing a mask. I have a medical condition and cannot wear one. The clerk asked me to put one on and I said that I couldn't. She then told me that I would have to leave if I wasn't wearing a mask. The Ohio Mandate issued July 23, 2020 states that if a person has a disability and is unable to wear a mask, they are exempt from the mandate. And, this is not a law. Aside from that, I have been in the store without a mask before and had no problem. This young lady and the young man behind the counter were rude and took this as an opportunity to humiliate me in front of other customers. Their insistence that I wear a mask was rude and their failure to acknowledge my disability was discriminatory. A business cannot ask a patron to leave based on disability or medical condition. I had tried to use their app, but it didn't work. I also tried to call in several times, but they never answer their phone. So, there was no reasonable accommodation to be had. I will no longer be doing business with this Subway store.

I had a very large order and I know it was confusing to sort it all out. I want to give a shout out to Rhonda; I believe she may be the day time manger. She was so patient with me, made suggestions, and made sure that I had everything I needed and more. The world needs more people like Rhonda in today’s world. Thanks, Rhonda.
