Placed an online pick up there last Monday 1/10. Order and payment went through and told me I could pick up my order at 1pm. Go to pick up at 1pm all the lights are off and the door is locked. I called multiple times and no one answered so I’m assuming they were closed. I am still not able to get into contact with anyone. They have not refunded my account and charged me for food I never received.

I work in the center and frequent this location somewhat often. The associates don't follow handwashing guidelines. They put on gloves after washing the tables with a rag and bucket and after using their phones. The gloves are then covered in gross phone germs to make my sandwich. Today I coached them to it and the guy seemed offended and didn't even say thanks, have a good day, ect. It's gross and if management doesn't address it, someone has too! I think the issue is the lack of management presence in the store. Last month, one of the guys was vaping in the backroom as well...just poorly managed. The girl working is cool but she doesn't wash properly either. WASH YOUR HANDS BEFORE PUTTING ON GLOVES and stop serving stale bread!

Really bad, girl with short hairs had dog’s hair all over her shirt and was smelling so bad!!!!!! Yuck, other than that the store was clean

It is always clean and well maintained. The service is better than average. I have visited many times.

Ruth was very friendly, but her co worker (who made my sandwich and wore her name tag on her visor), resembled an angry log. She obviously didn’t want to be there and made no one feel welcomed. Ruth saved the day with her personality, or this establishment would have been a one star rating.

I hadn’t been to a newly remodeled Subway until Tuesday. It looked okay when we came in. There were two girls working while we were there that were tremendously rude. One of the girls asked me if we wanted a sandwich as she was writing something down, as soon as I said yes, she let go of the pen in a obviously annoyed manner. To top it off, as we were eating in the dining area, the girls were in the back while two customers were waiting for awhile. I then realized they purposely didn’t want to serve them and stayed in the back. I personally love subway better than most food chains, but this experience made me think that this subway should definitely look into getting better employees that actually want to work and serve customers.

Worst experience I’ve ever had... the one employee was super rude when I asked for a topping, cashier was nice though. The restaurant was a complete mess, lettuce and ice/water all over the floor?

We just had the worst service at this location. We normally always have great customer service at subway. There were three girls working. It was obvious when we walked in the door that none of them wanted to be here. Two stayed in the back while one started our orders. My wrap only had minimum amount of meat and barely any cheese. It was then drug across the counter with half of it getting stuck between the salt and pepper containers. When I asked for cucumbers I was told they were out and hadn’t had time to cut anymore. Even though all three were out now. One starting the wraps, one finishing and one ringing up the orders. When I asked for guacamole the girl informed me it would be extra. I said that was ok and she rolled her eyes and sighed. Everyone had bad days but this was ridiculous. I will be calling corporate as well as the health department.
