Been to Stella Bleu twice and both times was not disappointed! Amazing food and quality! Meals are beautifully plated and service is second to none!Tried dessert for the first time yesterday and it was out of this world good. Highly recommend and will definitely go back to try more and post pictures.
A friend and I ate here before a concert at the Rose Music Center. We knew nothing about the place but the menu looked good. I am so glad we picked it! The food was fantastic. We had the fried pierogies and what made them so special was the sauces they had for them: toasted onion dip and tomato marmalade - unique and amazing. They were clearly homemade. I had a salad with blackened salmon with blue cheese dressing. Loved the salmon and the dressing was the best blue cheese I had every tasted. I want to go back again to check out some of their other unique accompaniments to their food. The place was a little understaffed and they had a couple of large parties going on but they seemed to manage to handle it all and our service from Rhiannon was just fine. I highly recommend it.
Named after the Grateful Dead song with a similar name. Great menu selection and vegan friendly for my daughter which is awesome. Cool space too - chef came out to greet us!
While attending a local event this past weekend we had an opportunity to head downtime on our own for lunch and dropped in at Stella Bleu Bistro. We were greeted at the entrance and seated out on the large covered patio. Scott was our server and was very attentive. We enjoyed the outdoor patio, music, atmosphere and a tasty lunch. I had the spinach salad with grilled chicken and my husband had the grilled cheese with kettle fries. We both enjoyed our freshly prepared yummy lunch selections.
A suave joint right in downtown! Walking into a freshly remodeled interior set the mood for the evening! Quickly greeted and served our drinks we settled in for our meal. Starting off with the perogies, they were served with a marinara and some artichoke dip? But either way was quite delicious! Then we followed up with the Mexicali Blues 2.0 and unfortunately the flavors just didn't hit their mark, especially for the price. Although, my uncle got the Kung Pao Chop and he inhaled it! Overall a good evening, and would like to give it another shot with their unique menu.
Went out for our anniversary. Couldn't have made a better choice. The nachos, while not an extremely complex dish, had such a depth of flavor I was totally blown away. Our steaks were cooked perfectly and just melted in our mouthes. The cheesecake almost made me cry it was so good. Our server was very friendly and knowledgeable. The facilites/atmosphere were pleasant and relaxing. Springfield is lucky to have a place this exquisite. I had meant to take pictures, but all the food disappeared so fast I never had a chance. If you have the chance, to stop in, it is well worth your time.
Best EVERYTHING!!! I have had many meals here. I've never been disappointed!!!
The best of Springfield. Highly recommend
Beautiful service and incredible food. What a great evening!
Never coming back again, they sat me in the middle of the restaurant trying to make a profit and the experience was terrible, I asked for a manager and the young girl literally looked at me and told me the manager wasn't there? I've never heard of this in my life
