This is consistently the slowest starbucks I've ever visited. The staff does not begin to make your order until after you have paid at the drivethrough window. Coffee is good, staff is friendly, dining area is clean but this location is a model of inefficiency.
Its ridiculous that they're ALWAYS out of their main items to make their most popular drinks!! ORDER MORE IF YOU KNOW YOU SELL THOSE ITEMS THE MOST!!!! And to top it all off, after they can't make your order, you STILL have to sit in their slow line cause theres no way to pull out of their drivethru line! Smfh
Nickie is the sweetest! The app was giving us trouble, saying this location was out of EVERYTHING we tried ordering so I called in. Nickie answered the phone when we called in and explained how it will glitch sometimes but asked me what we were looking for specifically and we could order it through the drive thru! Something small but she was helpful and super sweet :)
This Starbucks is good when it is open but they never are, probably due to staffing issues. The hours listed here on google and apple maps are always incorrect because they are always closed at weird times in the day or closed completely on a random tuesday/wednesday/etc. Please update correct hours online and your customers will understand.
the staff at this location always makes my day! they are such a great team! i went through the drive-thru for the taylor swift red drink and they were so sweet! absolutely love this location! also shoutout to the barista emma for customizing the cup?❤️
Did a mobile order today and it was 30 min past the ready time. Over 7 employees working behind the counter and only 1 doing mobile orders. Next time I guess I need to just order at the drive thru. Pleasant employees though. They are in a tough spot with many angry customers.
I went on a coffee run for my office, and ordering ahead in the app was super easy! I only had to wait 2-3 minutes for them to finish my order and the drink were delicious! Really friendly, hard-working staff!
Starbucks is very tolerant very inclusive, IHOP in the Panhandle to get my ID birth certificate and Social Security card to start my factory job here and Starbucks is the only restaurant that does not treat me like a piece of dirt. And they're just nice to everyone and I think that's just awesome. And hopefully my best friend Danny Velez gets hired just putting that out there but everyone is super nice there and I wish that the surrounding stores had the same attitude as Starbucks. Yeah they're expensive but it's worth it and I've never met a nicer group of people honestly.
Good! Friendly staff, good coffee. Had a yummy bagel too. Went there to work for a bit. Music was a little too loud. Couldn’t make any business calls. Other than that, it was good.
This is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The employees are doing their best but something if failing them. They are always out of everything. The lines are always around the building. I put in a mobile order today and it’s estimated time was 10:08. At 1100 I finally decided to leave and that I wasn’t getting my coffee. Ridiculous. Corporate needs to give this Starbucks some attention and get it running up to par.
