Just close down. You customer service isn't bad, it's absent. And all the food is overdone. I had to wait 10 minutes after receiving my carryout just to get a check. The service around the bar, nowhere. Management is obviously to blame but just close so a good restaurant can come in that space.
This has been the worst service we have ever had at roosters! We waited 30 min then went to the bar to get our own drinks! When we finally ordered and got our food but then waited 15 min just to get our check picked up but it didn't.... we had to chase our girl down! Wow! What happened to customer service?
As usual, food is the same everytime. Love how crispy the boneless wings are and how they are the same everytime. Beer was cold as it should be. Service kept the table fed and never an empty glass. Great time like usual!
Our waitress so friendly! The food was hot and fast and they let us watch the games we wanted. Good sports atmosphere.
Server was constantly on her cell phone in the back corner in public view. Ordered appetizer which never came, ordered a simple plain cheeseburger and comes out with everything. Asked for a check and had to wait another 15 minutes to actually pay her because she was exchanging numbers with another customer. Food was ok but service was terrible.
Had a party of 8, was quoted 40 min but it was only about 30 min. Food was hot and good. Our waitress was great.
They told me and my family to take a seat and that it would be a 5 minutes wait. We sat and 2 minutes later we watched them give our table away. When we went to ask if they just gave our table away one of them laughed and said yeah. Didn't apologize or offer us another table.
Wimgs... Great! Subs.... Not so much. Ordered a Buffalo Chicken Sub and there was very little chicken but ALOT of vegetables.
I love the wings, but $46 dollars for a 10 and a 20 piece is not ever going to happen....ever lol.I understand that the economy is going to the crapper, but I'm not paying 50 bucks for white meat.Looks like grocery stores are going to be making a comeback for my budget.
Waitresses were using foul language in front of one year old and three year old, one of the waitresses started screaming and cussing and throwing food and knocking over peoples drinks, then another waitress was getting belligerent about tables. Food was terrible and had no silverware.
