Easter lunch. Was nice
My guy and I went here for Valentine's Day and it was really great. We were helped at our table in a quick and friendly way. The food was delicious and we even took advantage of the lunch specials because we got there before 3. It wasn't too crowded either around that time. We will be back ! Great crew ! Great food ! ❤️????????????
Its been a few years since I've been to this particular location. It was my favorite. Its not the same. They did bring me cajun seasoning to add to my food that didn't taste like the cajun chicken pasta I ordered. Eating out reminds me why I stay home and cook it better.

I love Red Lobster and the Springfield location has a top notch crew. The food is consistently excellent and the staff is efficient and pleasant. I can choose between three locations within 32 miles and this one is the best.

It is unfortunate that my visit to Red Lobster in Springfield Ohio on January 21, 2022 was nothing short of unprofessional and disturbing. The nightmare began by placing my name on the wait list and I was told it would be a 20 minute wait that became 40 minutes when I received the text that my table was ready I entered the restaurant the hostess gave my table away then we waited again and the hostess seated my party in a cramped table when we asked for a a larger table the hostess laughed in our face and told us we would have to go back on the wait list. We have always been loyal customers but tonight the customer service we received was disgraceful. We asked to see a manager when we explained our experience the manager replied “oh” then offered to seat us at a larger table by now I had decided I was not going to spend my hard earned money at this poorly managed establishment. I told the manager how the hostess had laughed in our face throughout our experience and again her reply was “oh” so needless to say I don’t recommend Red Lobster in Springfield and sadly I will never be a customer there again
