I am absolutely not the type of person to ever complain about any food service because i’ve worked in the restaurant business before. I am so disappointed in this company. The employees were some of the most incompetent people i’ve ever had to deal with. There are so many osha violations. My friends and I had placed 3 separate orders for the same time to pickup at 8:10 pm. My boyfriend went in and told the employee he had ordered 3 separate orders. They told him that they had handed all of his pizzas out to door-dashers and many other people. I decided to come in and i was disgusted at the place. There were employees vaping in the lobby while putting their feet up on the tables. The employee who was actually making the food had on opened toed shoes and sweatpants, didn’t wash her hands, or have gloves on. They had attitudes towards my boyfriend and I. We didn’t get our pizzas until 9 PM! I think it is absolutely outrageous that we had to wait for our pizzas an hour after we ordered them and the fact that the service and restaurant was disgusting.

Pizza is good. Typically order online and it is usually ready at time quoted. Some of the employees could use better people skills. I ordered two identical pizza and 2 sauces per pizza. He scolded me in front of everyone saying next time order 4 sauces. I tried to explain that the two in front of the pizza means TWO identical pizza and that includes sauces. It was clear on the receipt however he couldn’t understand that. I tried to explain politely but he was frustrated so I gave up trying to explain it and just let him say what he had to say. Hopefully someone at the store can help explain it when he isn’t having a rough day.

I ordered pizza here a few weeks back. Went to pick it up and I was told the ovens broke and to call the next day because there was no manager on duty to issue the refund. Well it's been weeks I've made several phone calls to the store and never able to speak to a manager, calls to corporate and no resolve..I still have NOT received my refund for $40 worth of pizza that I never received. There is no such thing as customer service anywhere! I will not be a returning customer.After leaving this review someone responded to my review below but the email address they provided for them to resolve the issue is not valid.

1st time visiting a Rapid Fire pizza place. Chose this locale because it was 15 mins from my job. Ordered on the website & the food was ready by the time I got there. Got the No Doh ($9) spinach based pizza with red & green onion, mozzarella, cucumbers, red sauce & chicken. Food was nice & hot & delicious. I would have given them 5 stars but the main base (spinach) was a little on the light side-see photos- Still overall good food!

I called to place a to go order. The girl that answered handed the other girl the phone.. picked up my pizza and it was burnt, bread sticks were fine.I asked them to remake my pizza and the girl threw her hand up and told the other girl to go ahead and make another pizza .I told them nevermind. I will pay for bread sticks and go somewhere else for my pizza.. very rude..

Ordered 5 pizzas online they made 4 and then argued with us about the 5th pizza. Totally rude service!!! Made me show the receipt and confirmation, they get the order and can see the same thing I just showed them. This hasn’t been the first time either. I would rather eat frozen pizza then deal with these people. Need to teach them so friendly customer service. Not asking for anything that I didn’t pay for people. Shouldn’t treat your customers like that and be so rude. Good bye Rapid Fire. I know it’s hard to find people to work but you will lose business with your attitudes. Just try being nice and kind. Your customers are how you get a pay check!!!

I had a very bad experience at this location. The manager, Holly, was very rude to me while I was trying to get our order together. I spent almost $50 for our dinner and she persisted to tell the worker I was checking the order with to stop and move on because I wasn't an important order anymore. I asked for her name and she said "what are you going to complain? I am the manager so it won't work." She persisted to yell at me and tell me that I was holding up business when I was making sure we got our order together. I changed my rating from three years ago because sadly this place has gone down hill. Very sad that they think it's ok to treat customers like this.

Tried for the first time yesterday and didn't like it, at all! Could have possible been my choice of pizza but I could have made it better and I can't cook. Bring a bad first experience, I'll never go back. Pizza was very under cooked. The people though, were very kind to me. They made suggestions and we're very knowledgeable. I had been wanting to try Rapid Fire, ever since I moved to Ohio. Next time I want pizza on a work day, I'll just go grab a couple slices from Speedway for 3 bucks.

Ordered online, picked up at the location. Service was quick and easy. Pizza was amazing!Best part about ordering online is that calories are listed for everything, so you can make smart choices if you're building your own instead of ordering a house specialty.

Place needs cleaned staff needs trained in making pizza, pizza is only as good as the person making it and they need to adjust the time on there oven pizza has been coming out burnt for over a month and nobody has done any adjustments to cook time or temp I'm sure the ovens haven been cleaned out in awhile
