Came to grab ice cream after a baseball game. There were 6 employees sitting outside. We parked and walked to the window and someone came through the drive thu at the same time. They helped the drive thru 1st which is no issue but then they get multiple online orders after we had been standing there and they do those before even acknowledging we are standing there. Still not the worst part.... out of all the employees that were in the building literally only 1 was working the others were just standing in the back.

Haven't been to the S. Limestone Street Rally's in a little while and now I remember why I haven't. I ordered my usual Big Buford and a large order of Fully Loaded Fries. The Big Buford was perfect but I found out that my Fully Loaded Fries weren't Fully Loaded but was only cheese sauce and nothing else. And since we were over 15 miles away on the other side of Urbana, I was pretty much screwed. I'll stick with the Upper Valley Pike or U.S. 40 location from now on.

Food is good as expected. Customer service, not so much. Brandy must be having a rough day. She wasn't pleasant, got our order incorrect and then overcharged us for some sauce. She told us it would be $.65 and charged us $1.05. When we asked for our receipt she gave us a random receipt with a charge for $.15 paid in cash. We paid with a card. Attitude the whole time. If you don't like your job then you should get another one.Update: Thanks for reaching out. I'd just like better customer service as that is a major part of having return customers. I'll take decent customer service over convenience. I don't know if you also own the the Rally's on North Limestone but my experience there has always been great.

This location you can tell that the people that work here don't give too much about the job. The service was very slow for the amount of workers there. But of course I only go to Rally's to pick up their fries which are absolutely the best. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Typical Rally's hamburgers and fries. From this established south Springfield on Rt. 72 was warm fries as well. In the world of of fast food Rally's normally has a better quality of food than Wendy's. Along with a better price on meals than Wendy's. McDonald's to me seems to not be able to compare to Rally's as the Wendy's to Rally's comparison. It used to be the amount of Rally's restaurants seemed to be everywhere. Today the seem to be far and few between. Feel free to contact me on the quality issues with Rally's. Feedback from others keeps my tastes and quality of service in line. Thanks

Apparently they're only allowing delivery orders through now, contrary to what the website and common sense dictates. 'Course, you wouldn't know that until you try going through the drive-thru and get told curtly to leave. Yes, I'd love to pay extra for someone else to go pick up my order because that makes sense. Don't even bother, you won't get anywhere. Sad.

Nothing more offensive than being handed old product thats been re-heated in the fryer. Rally’s fries are not supposed to be lacquered & cold. Most people are willing to wait for fresh fries especially when everything else on your menu is depthless.

Okay how do you put it that I order a $6.29 meal which comes and took up to $7.28 they told me that they were charging me and then on my receipt and on my phone it states they charged my card $9.98? I had to go back around and I think they totally messed up and only took off the $7.28 they told me if that wasn't good enough to call corporate but you know what that's what I'm doing

Went to get my son a cheese burger. This was at 3:45pm. I as told that I would have to wait 15 minutes to order my food because they’re waiting on shift change. So basically the girl was telling me that she’s ready to get off and I had to wait on her relief to clock on before I could order my food! At least that’s how I understood it.

The wait was over long in the drive through and the cashier operating the window was busy engaging with friends who were outside of the walk up window instead of taking care of customers. My order was given to me incomplete and I had to wait in line a second time to have it fixed. I didn't feel comfortable because of the behavior of the people loitering at the walk up window.
