Beside the fact they have the best fries they also have an employee named Joe who showed he genuinely cares for his customers. Tried to get one of his customers to pull over and park as his sugar levels tanked. However, they decided to go on and drive. Told worker if I seen him on my way home I would stop. Not long after I left Rallys I found the man unconscious in his car along side the road and was able to get him to his home safely.
Ordered Chilli cheese fries and a Chilli dog. Chilli cheese fries came without a container so it literally just sat at the bottom of the bag and the Chilli do fell apart before I could even pick it up! Whole thing was just a mess and it looked like it was just thrown into the bags!
I pulled in the drive thru and was told I couldn't order food because there weren't enough people working.
Quick place to stop on the road, they have outdoor tables but no inside dining
Food was ok. Fried Mushrooms was soggy not fresh. Ice cream machine was down. Banana shake tasted funny but being served with a ? probably made it not sooo refreshing.
Honestly the single best Rally's I've ever been to. Always clean, well staffed, courteous, & since COVID wearing proper PPE to keep them & customers safe.
Was the only person in line, it was really fast the workers stopped what they were doing and made my food really fast and it was really good. Would always go back for more.
The only good thing about this location is that they are fast. But everything we ordered tasted like old grease. Like they haven't changed their fryer grease hasn't been changed in MONTHS! Not to mention, they totally screwed up my order. Gave me nothing I ordered and when asked to fix it the lady had a terrible attitude. Definitely will never be returning.
