went to canes and waited over thirty minutes for what was supposed to be a curbside pickup order. i did everything on the app that i was supposed to to receive it. i had to go through the drive thru and tell them i hadnt gotten my food yet and they gave me my order from thirty minutes ago and it was cold. i know its just food but it was disappointing waiting so long for something that wasnt even worth it and was ten dollars.
Ordered the 3 fingers meal fries toast and drink but I did not pay almost $9 for a kids meal. The tenders were so small smh will not be back for a while and I love this place but was disappointed ?
We have a group of 15-20 individuals with developmental disabilities who we have brought here TWICE!! The staff is welcoming and friendly the entire time we are here and they always help our group “break the rules”. It is so fun to see the staff go out of their way to make people feel included.Castle is always up to help everyone out without even asking. The first time we were here, he checked to see how many people were attending so they could get enough food prepared. He goes above and beyond to give everyone a great experience.
The line was huge in the drive-thru, but they were still very fast. When I got my chicken sandwich I understood why there was such a big crowd. Very good food and service. 5 stars
Nothing but the tastiest chicken fingers, cole slaw, fries and Texas Toast around. Coke products served fountain style, inside dining is back and military discount is available with ID card. Staff friendly and helpful. No hesitation about returning!
Phenomenal experience every time. This surprises me with the younger staff but they are very friendly with WONDERFUL customer service. Go to chipotle down the road and look at the difference with the young staff there. This is the way customer service should be! And the food is always amazing.
Always quick service. The food is excellent and always hot. The chicken strips are hot and moist. French fries are hot and taste great. They could cut down on the salt. The Texas toast is fresh and delicious. The employees are always super friendly.
Line took a little while to get thru for a Sunday after 2pm. Portions are smaller than I remember and no Cole slaw with a 3 piece order? Food was delicious tho
Ate here yesterday. The chicken was juicy but the breading was plain. Thank goodness for the sauce as it was excellent. The booth wasn't secured and moved around. The toast was cold and employees were very noisy, while we wete dining.
We love this place. Food is delicious. The sauce is amazing. Service is quick, friendly and they get our order correct and complete.
