Absolutely phenomenol service.
This is my 7th time over the last 3 months that I've tried to call in my order for pick up and no one answers the phone. Really frustrating.

This restaurant is hit or miss really. Sometimes it's good and sometimes it's bad. The high prices don't make the gamble worth it.
It was pretty busy when we went but they got us through really quickly.Our cashier was a nice guy.We also got our food really quickly.My only complaint is that my Teriyaki Chicken sub never has enough meat.
Ordered cheese steak no pizza sauce and no spicy brown mustard. Got meat and cheese only. (Also, forgot my husband's (2) cookies). Went back to get new sandwich, staff was great about fixing order, new order: meat, cheese, onion and 1, count it 1 mushroom. No banana peppers,no mushrooms ?. Everyone has a bad day.

We got the italian sub with fries and it was delicious! The wait time when i arrived after ordering online sucked i wasn't happy with that! Next time i will use the drive up window to pick up.
The food was not good at all very disappointed with my experience
Ordered a Teriyaki Salad with onions and green peppers ON THE SIDE and NOT cooked. What did they do. Yep, you got it. They sautéed the onions and cooked the green pepper and put it directly on the lettuce. I didn't know it until we got it home. The lettuce was nasty, in fact the whole salad was so nasty it was NOT edible. So, the employees are not able to understand English? Unable to follow directions? Whatever their excuse is ... I won't be back. If this is the best you can do, Penn Station, it's time you rethink, regroup and reorganize.
