Fresh and cooked just right. It only took less than 15 mins for an XL everything for pick up. Very friendly customer service.
Ordered online, according to tracker it came 25 minutes before the Delivery driver. Over an hour on delivery, and the Meatball Pepperoni Papadia, looked like it was thrown in the box, and was upside down. My first and last order.
Ordered a a couple pizzas and an order of garlic knots at 6:30pm didn't receive them until almost 9:30pm and when I went on the tracker said delivered long before that... also tried calling the store and waited on hold for over 45minutes to not even get to speak with anyone.
Delivery was over an hour late. We cancelled after an hour and they still tried to deliver it even though we had other food at that point. First order from there in 17 years, guess it'll be another 17 at best.

This store took my money and didn't deliver my food. The first phone call led the employee to tell me door dash was on the way. The second one .The employee claimed they called me when my card was declined. If this was true why did papa John's take money from my card. I know it was taken by them because I hadn't used my card for anything else. Then when I asked for a manager or corporate phone number I was promptly hung up on..mmmmm hope everyone gets their order , sounds like this business is stealing
Their customer service that you order ur food from is terrible. And then my food took 25 minutes past the 45mins they said. I was very disappointed. I doubt I will be going back bc this is not first time at all.
They were so messed up. We ordered our food on the app which said it would be about an hour. Almost an hour and a half later the app said it order was delivered. I called the store and the young man who answered cut me off 3 words into my question. When I said if he would allow me to finish my question he hung up on me. I went to the store to speak to the manager and instead of listening to me she called the police. I didn't even get to explain the reason I was there. I know for a fact that when my Caucasian friend went and complained they didn't call the police, the manager attempted to deescalate the situation and have my friend an apology and a refund. So what's the difference? I found that I'm not the only person of color treated like this. I tried to call corporate and the rep must have put the phone down while I talked because the line was silent and she never came back on the phone.
Never got my pizza!!!!! I been waiting for over two hour been calling and no help either been waiting on hold for over an hour
They have excellent management on Saturday night. On 10/09/2021 I came in to check my online order. They couldn't find it but they went out of their way to call the other store, apologies for the mix up, and ended up giving me $5 off my order.
