I usually love Panera and have frequenting them all over the country since they started. In Springfield , OH all the tables were dirty. I asked for water cups and the cashier took her dirty hands and grasped the inside of the cups to hand them to. When I said I didn’t want the cups for that reason, she got an attitude.
A nice place to have coffee where the music is not blaring loudly and you can have a conversation without screaming.
Nice, clean restaurant. Friendly staff. I did have an issue where I realized that they had given me the incorrect item and had to tell them this on the phone after I reached my home. They offered the option to correct it then or allow me to pick up the correct item later. If you have a favorite soup out bakery item be sure to order early or it may be out. You can use the app in the morning or afternoon and pick it up in the evening.
Very friendly and generous portions. Quick service. One of the best Panera I have visited.
Ordered ahead, order was not ready and had to wait.Staff took time to make it right. 5 stars for that.
Manager named Brittney. Enough said. Call Us Next Tuesday. They forgot items, it’s snowing, said to come back, not going out again, can’t refund over the phone, Brit is rude but probably best they can do. Bummer.
Clean restaurant, good quality food, delicious, friendly service,. I had the pick 2: Chicken noodle soup and Southwest salad with chicken. I would come back if I was in the area.
Chicken teriyaki bowl is very good
I always order French onion soup with Asian sesame salad. Tasted great as usual, but atmosphere is a little messy. The music is annoying. Worker who took my order was rude.
On our drives West toward Cleveland, we hold out 'til Ohio because the Pennsylvania rest stops are terrible by comparison. Thus rest area in Springfield is the first one in Ohio. High ceiling, bright, and with Panera and a simple pizza place. My wife got a vegetable soup and I got a chicken salad sandwich at Panera: one of the best Fast food places anywhere.
