I gave this one star because I had to. Told my husband i would buy dinner for his birthday today. We ordered an italian sub and two cheesesteaks. We asked if mushrooms come on it and was told no. I guess the MANAGER assumed it was no mushrooms on one. When i called back she was very RUDE. they will never get our money ever again. I asked when i could speak to another manager due to my husband being allergic, she said shes the only manager everyday including sunday when they are closed. This was very immature and showed no empathy for my husbands well being. I cant believe they have a manager with such horrible manners and etiquette. Shame, because we eat here a few times a month.
This place is ridiculous, gave me the wrong food, and after getting home, I checked my food, I called them to let them know and they wouldn't answer the phone for over 45 mins till they closed!!! I call today and they said there is nothing they can do without the food! But I have the receipt, last time I checked chicken is not cheesesteak!!! It's subs not rocket science! I wouldn't go here!! There rude and can't make food correctly!!

So glad we found this place. My daughter and I were looking for a sub place on her way back to college. We googled area places and came up with this.The subs were amazing to say the least!! Nothing i have had comes close to these. Fresh made bread daily lightly toasted to order and fresh meat to follow. Ordered ours with the works! We will definitely be coming back here again.They also said the burgers were just as good so we will have to try them as well
Really solid local spot for a quick sandwich. We’re driving through town and wanted to try a local spot instead of the dozens of chains around. Ordered the Italian and a turkey sub. The bread was really fresh and perfectly toasted. All the ingredients came together nicely. Was originally skeptical of the styrofoam container for the 12” sub, but it turned out to be better than the traditional wax paper wrap. Overall would strongly recommend. -BJ
Sandwich cold for the 4th time. No works added after asking twice. The workers are clearly not aware of what it takes for this business to be successful done...
Ordered a BLT (bacon, lettuce, tomato, obviously) and somehow they forgot the lettuce & tomato portion of the order. 3 total ingredients and they forgot 2 of them. Definitely not coming back again ever.
