This place definitely had some of the better pizza I have had in the area. It has a small town feel. I actually met with the owner briefly as he was actively working the front and back. This place is a story of a young man following his dreams and being successful at it, this shows through the product I received. From the product and the kindness of him you could tell that he truly cares for both his product and customers. The product itself was plentiful with cheese, sauce, and toppings. The flavors were good, I prefer a bit more hearty of a sauce and this one was a bit on the sweet side. You should try this place out, small, local owned, with passion. Be sure to call ahead as covid has effected the hours due to lack of staffing. They opened later than published on Google today.
On my way home from Columbus to Vandalia and googled best pizza in Springfield and Mikey’s came up. So glad I gave it a shot, pizza and wings are awesome!! Definitely will be back!!!
Best pizza in town...... but unfortunately lately, we get more voicemails saying they're closed or someone answering saying they're not taking orders. We order pizza every week and we always call Mikey's first. We've been successful 1 time over the last 4 months. Really disappointing. 5 stars for the pizza though.

The best pizza within 40 miles hands down! Great quality toppings, sauce has a great flavor, crust is perfect. The owner is an awesome guy. If you haven't tried Mikey's, you're definitely missing out!
Best pepperoni pizza in town but I never can get a hold of them to place an order. Either get a voicemail when their hours say their open or endless ringing. Tried GrubHub but only delivery and couldn't find the pizza I wanted. Very good, but it shouldn't be so hard to take my money.
This is probably the best pizza parlor in town for my money. The owner is a very good host and remembered my name after almost 2 years since I was last there and he also remembered my dogs name even though she wasn't with me at the timeThe pizza is very good and their calzones rockCan't wait to return there
This was our first time trying Mikeys Pizza....looked good in the pictures....drove 35 minutes to get it...BIG DISAPPOINTMENT...to begin with the person answering the phone was rude and short with me....When we arrived to pick up the pizza we should have just taken them right back in.....the cheese bread was thin and overcooked....and the meat pizza was a joke....thin over-cooked....gross tasting....the cheese pepperoni was more like a frozen pizza....WILL NOT ORDER FROM AGAINPOOR SERVICE....POOR FOOD....
This is a terrible place I literally got banned from coming in pregnant and asking for a restroom and the guy scared my children and used very strong profanity and told me to contact a lawyer I will never recommend this place to anyone especially having children just absolutely livid about this and it’s so distasteful
