I come here up to 3 to 5 time a week from 3:30am to 4am a week They tell me door dash only. Cant make oder from door dash from here it does work until 5. They say system down then. Lol a joke. Other time they say only one here can't take oder. But clearly hear multiple peoplw. Other time they just don't answer. And I have to come back when the next crew come in to place a oder or sit n the parking lot n waited almost 1 and a half for shift change to get breakfastNot to forget the fry are never salted n the breakfast is sorry uts sloped to gether n the hash brown are the most sorryest thing about this whole breakfast they fall apart and are soggyBut what really funny when boss lady there they don't pull that b.s on Monday mornings
Well for one when I came in it was 5 minutes till 11 I wanted to order lunch and I was told I had to get breakfast the next person a minute later ordered lunch it are ordered lunch then I wait 20 minutes and then I find out I ask what the heck is going on with my order And I overheard someone say they lost our order or it got lost or something so they started making it. later I get it home The eggs look like they were mixed in with black specs and they tasted burnt they were Brown the all the food was nasty and hard and hard so they must have just gave me what was ever left over and went on worst experience
I went to this location at 2:30am because it says online they are OPEN 24 HOURS A DAY and the lady that was working there said that they were closed, I kept asking why They were closed and she didn’t even want to give us her name and said that she was going to call the police on us while we were being nice to her at all the time. I suggest that McDonalds do a better job when they are hiring their employees because this lady was not professional at all and They can find someone actually qualified for a job position.
I go do to understand the import management the poor girl up front was doing too many things by herself costing me 30 minutes of my life waiting on a deliver
Absolutely abysmal experience, waited in line for 20-25minutes to get breakfast, literally as I pulled up to the menu it changed over to lunch, I asked if there was anyway they could still do the Sausage, egg burrito meal but was told no because it was lunch. Like your menu changed just as I pulled up. Way to inconvenience everyone in line and waste their time because you're slow at getting orders out. But I guess slow service is nothing new for Derr Rd. McDonald's
It’s hard to imagine being able to screw up a cup of coffee, but congratulations you were able to accomplish this!
This location is an average McDonald's. The staff are usually friendly, the ice cream machine is usually broken, and the food is usually fresh.
Very fast friendly service. But the only thing that doesn't make sense is they advertise using the McDonald's app on a sign right next to where you place your order. Then they say they don't honor the apps discounts or the free items from the app. Then why advertise it if you can't use it. To me I got a friendly I'm lazy and or no proper training
How in the heck do you sit in the drive thru for 20 minutes because they are busy then order your food only for it to be cold never will I go to this McDonald’s again
Horrible service. Rude employees. Once you drive up to order be prepared to be stuck in the drive thru line regardless if you're actually ordering or not because whoever designed this location made a curb that goes along the entire drive thru so that cars could not pull out of line, even in an emergency situation.
