I went there in the middle of ordering & the girl at the first window cussed me out & called me a b*itch with my child in the car. JUST BECAUSE I deleted something off my order & added something else. I called the store & they’re doing nothing about it. I would NOT recommend coming to this McDonald’s if you want to be talked to with respect!!
Ordered our food online. Pulled in and parked. Waited 15 minutes for our order. Orange juice was water. Already on the interstate when I found out. This McDonald's has the best service. Terrible off day.
This place has some of the best staff and that shows from their service, on the average you get fast and speedy service, now with the pandemic there have been times where staff levels were low and I really can't hold that against them cause everywhere has been struggling to some extent, I just wanted to make a review and let them know I really appreciate what they do!
I have been getting great service from this McDonald's every time I go there the food is fresh the people are friendly and they take good care of the store
This time the review is not a shining example of what a restaurant should be. I understand everyone has a bad day but 4 employees of that mc Dee's having bad day thank God doesn't happen to often. From the cold food to ride employees this visit was a huge mistakes.
I have never had a bad experience with McDonald's. The staff, although harried at times, have always been pleasant, and taken care of my needs as a customer.
Got some breakfast this morning. Took just a couple minutes to get my order, fresh and warm. Nice staff, good environment.
Excellent job. It was busy, but the staff was incredible and got the order right, including the request for a plain burger. Great job!!
Waited in drive thru a good bit of time and at check out I paid for 2 cars behind me...a Christmas thing.....and when I got my order home you guessed it ,it was wrong....merry Christmas Mc D's you got me again,yall check your orders .....good help is so hard to find
I had a biscuit egg n sausage sandwich... and a cup of coffee. The coffee was taken from the coffee maker before. It was done brewing is my only complaint..need to address this issue.
