This is the worst location I’ve been to across America and I’m not even trying to exaggerate. I’ve lived here my entire life and after seeing the people I went to school with take it over it’s turned into total trash. The company itself should be shut down for the way they let this location function. Worst morning management in history and I’m not joking. Go down the road and grab something else and avoid this location at all costs.
I usually dodge this one and go to another McDonalds, to be honest. I've just had more bad experiences than good, whether it's cold fries, forgetting items, the very few times that something is requested that is anything different than menu, it never gets remembered.I have to mention..when the food comes out fresh and correct, its always before like 6 or 7.

Sad over 30 minutes in the drive thru and the manager helped ring up my order. I said do you know I was second in line to order and it took me over 30 minutes to get up to window?? Response was that's how it is. Thank you for sparing those 4 words prior to walking away. This was after 1pm today.
East Main location in Springfield is the worst when it comes to availability of standard menu items & the customer service is even worse ... They can't seem to understand the difference between a hot or cold coffee when ordering even when you tell them it should be hot!! Won't ever be going back!
Two of my Big Macs was not fully cooked it was pink the other Big Mac only had half of a burger on it the women that gave us the food was rude af

I love this McDonald's! The staff Is ALWAYS wonderful, helpful, and knowledgeable about the products they sell. The quality of the foor is always top notch and I always feel I get way more than what I pay for... This is a exceptional operation and being on the outside looking in especially as a consumer, team work makes the dream work... im dreaming of Big Mac's fresh apple pies and those famous fries!!! I'M LOVIN'IT!!! GREAT JOB GUYS!!! I myself usually work in the food service industry as a assistant manager... so I personally see the individual touches of greatness when I see it... You guys have it!!! keep up the great work!!!
Mc donalds was great i really feel so sorry for the workers the ones that do work.the Mcdonlds that i was at the girl was taking orders taking money and giving change back plus given us our order she was great she needs a raise..
it gets really old going to McDonald's, waiting in a line at the window, pull up to be told it is DoorDash only. if you are closed....then turn your lights off and close. simple as that. it has been this way at this location for the past 5 nights so it wasn't a 1 time thing. No longer lovin' it.
