Honestly, I never had any issues eating at this restaurant. But last night our server took our drinks and then our order. Never refilled our drinks until we asked the lady who brought our food too us for more water. Never had a refill for chips and salsa. Our waiter was horrible this is the worst service I have ever experienced there. Mainly I will never eat here again because I ended up getting food poisoning due to there horrible quality of making their food. Both my friend and I only ate part of our food because it did tasted off, but I threw everything up not to long after I got home, and it wasn't just me my best friend did too.
We went to this location because it’s always been excellent. Today not so much. Took for ever to get our drink orders in, took three times that long to place an order and then the food was warm. The bartender ended up waiting on us and he wasn’t particularly interested in how the food was or if we needed anything in addition to our meals (we didn’t, but…)The most disconcerting part was probably the frozen margaritas. There was something off about them; we didn’t get the “house” margaritas, so for the extra money they at least should have been amazing as they usually are. I was kidding when I first said maybe they had a Cinco de Mayo hangover, but…We usually make it a point to go to this location because it’s always been so good. Will be trying the one closer to home next time.
Food was great. Environment great.Waiter…sucked. Sorry??♀️ he just kept disappearing for long periods of time, forgetting things we asked for, emotionless, no smile or friendliness whatsoever, never got anymore salsa like we asked numerous times, no refills on drinks, just wasn’t great service at all.
My husband and I was in last week with our grandson and I was very disappointed in the food and price of kids meal. I dont feel chicken nuggets fries and a tea for a 2 year old should be almost 9.00. 5.99 for kids meal and 2.99 for a kids tea. We were very disappointed for the price we paid for the plain food. I use to eat here once a week for several years and stopped going due to staff not being more friendly. It was once my favorite Mexican restaurant and now its one I do not plan on returning to anytime soon. They were very well staffed. So thats not an excuse for overpriced kids meals and plain flavored meat at a Mexican restaurant.
Always great food!!! People need patience for its short staffed everywhere!! I will be back!
Good food. Good service. Very popular place to eat. Believe it or not they have the best burgers anywhere.

Normally I LOVE Los, but tonight I went with some friends and had absolutely horrible service. I'm not going to use the waiter's name and out him, but I've never had anyone be less helpful or polite there before. We were there celebrating a friend's birthday, and we had planned to have MANY rounds of drinks with food. We had one drink. He never at any point asked if we needed refills on anything. Never asked if we wanted dessert. Never asked if we needed take out boxes. We weren't even finished eating and he brought our checks. We were all so shocked, and felt like we were being rushed out of there. We got there at five and it wasn't even busy then, so there was no reason for that. The whole point was for us to sit there and visit with our friend on her birthday, so we did that, even after we were done eating and he removed our plates. It got to the point where we were so thirsty, we were chewing the ice from our waters, because we couldn't get a refill. We had to ask another waiter for one of our friends to get a soda. When it came to my order, he didn't bring my drink. So when all the other drinks came, I had to repeat my drink order. With my food, I asked for no beans. It still came with the beans. I don't think he listened to what we were asking him very well. I usually prefer the London location, now I remember why. :(
