Went through the drive thru in a down pour of rain.The food was extremely greasy. The fountain drink wasn’t given to us when it should’ve been. Luckily we caught that before I was out of arms reach with the window. Although the drink was bitter and not drinkable.We were disappointed as we expected better.
no root beer today. fish was all batter no fish. hush puppies were grease balls. won't be back for a while
I had to repeat my order 3 times. Then at the window, I had to request extra tartar sauce again. They didn't have any hush puppies either
So I called them to make sure they are doing dine in and was told yes and they closed at 9. I got there at 630 can't get in doors and I'm sitting in parking lot trying to call them back and no one answered and finally a worker came out I asked if they were open she said no. So I am disappointed I didn't get to eat here.
We park cars in the drive thru 30 minutes prior to closing to block customers from coming in! Great service long Johns! If you don’t wanna work then quit your job!!!
The fish was hard the shrimp was hard and cold and chewy I got the two piece chicken and fish and got three pieces of chicken and it was only two and a half pieces have Kik and no fish I won't be back mad food service mad service
Service and food were both amazing! The entire crew seemed upbeat and were all smiling!! We have the bell and extra ring!
It was a Friday super busy and I understand that but to have your whole entire meal drenched in grease is absolutely wrong. The hush puppies was able to have the grease squeezed out of them.
Staff was nice, food was standard quality for Long Johns (tasty). Only Fast Food place that would let us dine in. So they got our business. Even bought a couple of those nice collector A&W root beer mugs.
The past 2 trips to this restaurant was horrible. The chili dogs aren't much bigger than a slim Jim and 2 cost me over $7. The fish sandwich was a joke. Almost like a sardine on a bun. They didn't even offer condiments and the sandwich was very dry. Must have sat under a heat lamp for over an hour? I'll never go back here again! Horrible food!
