Placed an order online, received email my order was ready so I go inside to pick up and have to wait 20 more minutes for my food that was supposedly ready. None of the crew seemed to really care about customers waiting to order! Get home and this is my pizza what the heck is this?
Ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas & 2 orders of cheese sticks. When I got home & opened box it was so dry & overcooked that it was just awful. Pepperoni was so dry when you bit into it, it crumbled. Looked like leftovers heated up. The crust was tough. I gave 2 stars because the cheese sticks were so good. The cheese sticks get 5 stars, the pizza didn’t even deserve 1 star. This pizza used to be so good. What happened???
This place needs shut down! It is grimy and filthy. They don't even deserve one star! I waited 10 minutes before I even saw one person who worked there. The only person I saw before that was some man waiting to speak to a manager. It was 12:30 pm and there was LITERALLY NOTHING in the hot and ready area. Not one single item. Someone FINALLY showed up who works there and came to the counter talking on the phone which he never put down and I said is there any hot and ready stuff available and he just looked back like I guess not. Wowwww! All while steadily talking on the phone. How is this place still open. Disgusting. Rude. Unprofessional.
Always busy at this location but the pizza is usually good and hot.
Probably top 5 worst managed pizza joints in Springfield. Anytime I try to call in an order the phone just rings.... Like they never answer. Half the staff is yelling profanity at each other with customers in the restaurant. Half of them also smell like weed. Can't complain about the pizza though because I can never get ahold of someone to order it. 1 out 5 Stars good luck to future customers.
Ordered 2 pizzas on the app. Supposed to be ready by 9:30pm tonight (Saturday night) they close at 11pm! My husband get there to pick up the food and they placed a sign on the door saying they closed early to staffing! But yet they still took his money and the staff stared at him while he knocked on the door!
Garbage store. Every-time I place an order via door dash, they cancel the order. It’s not on doordash. This location closes early everyday and never posts when they are closing. Very terrible store.
The manager stood and chatted with some lady who came in to chat, and ignored the 3-4 people in line. She left one guy back there making pizzas by himself and did nothing to help. I waited easily 15-20 mins for my pizza (just regular pepperoni pizzas, mind you). Ridiculous.
They are awesome 10 minutes before closing on new years they fixed my order and delivered .Stayed over after closing to get our pizza to the driver.Will order lots more .pizza was great
