Awesome experience! The food, atmosphere, and staff was excellent. The music was perfect for a date night. We could hear ourselves talking and laughing. From appetizers to dessert, it was a fantastic meal. I had steak and scallops cooked to perfection. My mother-in-law, my wife, and my granddaughter, agree it was the best meal in Springfield.
This was a return visit, and both times, it was a fantastic experience. The hostess was pleasant and friendly, and our server was outstanding. For me, the atmosphere was absolutely perfect--great music at an ideal volume and not a television in sight. (I don't mind places with TV's, but sometimes it's just nice to unplug for a meal, IMO.)The food is really delicious. Both the hummus and the spanakopita are outstanding. The only disappointment was a dish not being what it was expected to be... so a personal taste thing, but not reflecting quality. Will definitely return!!!

I hate writing this, but the food was awful. The spanakopita tasted like it was frozen and microwaved and the portion was TINY. We took one bite and had to spit it out. The salads are iceberg lettuce with one tomato wedge, one katamala olive, a very thin slice of white onion, and a small sliver of feta cheese. I will never waste my money again. I got carryout or I would have sent everything back. Just awful.
Food was delicious. First time and random stop. Glad we did. Angie, our server I believe, was great!
This is my kind of place. Good service and good food, good music and above all else....it has good character. I have frequented many restaurants, and Italian restaurants. This is the best Italian food I have ever had...in a greek restaurant.
Really enjoyed this place. I have been wanting to go for sometime. I was not disappointed. I will definitely come back to try more stuff. If you are looking for a throwback restaurant with a family feel and good food. This is a good place for you. I
Went to Springfield for antique shopping and Linardos Villa was highly recommend - it did not disappoint!!! This is a classic family restaurant when you want something a bit more special than a chain restaurant. We got there a bit late at 8pm on a Saturday evening & got a table right away. Comfortable table and ambiance - everything was incredibly clean. Kay, our Server was fantastic and almost intuitive to our questions and requests. Menu is a nice mix of both Greek, Italian classics and various steak options. My husband got the lamb shank which came with spaghetti & he chose a Greek salad to start. I ordered the Chicken Kiev that came with rice & a cup of Greek lemon/rice soup to start. Our son ordered meat ravioli. Everything made from scratch and was beyond delicious - longtime family recipes Kay told us. The bread was nothing like we ever had before. Made from scratch everyday at the restaurant. Loved it so much Kay gave our son a loaf to take home! Amazing dessert tray - best coffee ever plus a full bar. This will be our must go to place when ever we come to town. We highly recommend and ask for Kay.
