Short staffed, need more training and Better customer service skills.
Got 14 of the 16 pieces of poorly breaded chicken we ordered. Looked and tasted like it was made ages ago. Mac and cheese was terrible and old also. I should have went to Lees instead. On a good note the fries were good but as a chicken place maybe they shoul focus more on the chicken.
Carryout order of one of those bowls. It's a great deal still cause it's hard to get a meal for 6 bucks. Everything was good and the girl at the counter was friendly and efficient.

Purchased 2 - 3 piece meals. Drove home to near St Paris and discovered that they don't know how to count to 3 at KFC. Called and was told to drive back. That made no sense with the price of gas. Frustrating!!!!
Had a good experience the last time I visited but this time we requested to substitute coleslaw for fries, and add a dipping sauce. We were told it would be a 5 minute wait for the slaw, which we said was fine. We waited, got our food, and by the time we got home, we discovered that neither the slaw nor the sauce was in our bag. By this time the store would be closed so we couldn’t correct it. We also were the only car in the drive thru, nor were we given a receipt. The last visit was great but this one fell very flat.

I've never had any problems at KFC. The chicken is always good and I love the coleslaw.
The chicken tasted like it had been in warmer all day and they shorted me a Mac and cheese didn't give me the plate I requested and it cost a damn fortune.
Service was fast in the drive through when I went. Staff were nice.
