Husband went to enter your store 5 min or so before closing (which is 7pm and had no idea this location closed that early until we googled), door was locked. He knocked on the door, a male employee opened it and told him they were closed. My husband said “but it’s not even 7 o clock yet” and the employee responded “Well I don’t care.” and immediately shut/locked the door. This behavior is very unprofessional and appalling. I’ve never experienced something like this in my life, so it was honestly hard to believe at first that what just happened did indeed happen. Do better.
This place has changed tremendously since I reviewed 3 years ago. Not one of the workers greets you upon walking in the door, let alone at the counter to order. They just look at you and then keep working. The music is playing too loud for any customers wanting to dine in. Also, during a recent visit, one of the employees had her bare belly on the countertop as she was making sandwiches. Whoever the manager is needs to clean these things up or he/she will lose business soon.

Terrible. Waited over 15 minutes in the drive thru line between 4:50-5:10. Finally ordered. Waited another 5 minutes. No one even came to the window just sat in there on her phone. Finally just left without food.
Jimmy John's is always a great choice for a quick bite. Any of the meal combos are amazing, though personally as a meatlover i love the #13. Definitely a solid option!
Every single time I order Jimmy johns they are out of their Kickin’ ranch. They never have the ingredients to make it. I only go to Jimmy johns for the Kickin’ ranch. they refuse to offer regular ranch as a substitute. I have asked for ranch as a substitute and they express they do not have regular ranch. If they could provide the items on their menu I could rate higher. I am very disappointed with the reoccurring issue.

I go here once a week for lunch. Order on app and it's ready when I get there. Ordered 18 box lunches in advance and it was a smooth transaction. There is a girl there who changes up her hair color regularly that is really professional and personable. She took my pre order for box lunches. I appreciate her smile and service. She recommended their barbeque chips and they're sooo addicting. Thanks Jimmie John's for coming to Springfield.
