This location definitely needs 5 stars. It’s the best one by far and Kim just made me the most delicious bowl I’ve ever had
Hot Head is good but this location is lacking. The rice wasn't cooked when I got a bowl last weekend and the nachos I got a couple days prior had almost nothing on it when it was being built (I didn't want to ask for more only bc I didn't want to be charged extra)
Went to hothead and Victor was a great help finding what I needed. He was very sweet, polite and definitely helpful. The food was great and the crew was amazing! Definitely will be going back again!
I've only been once and only to this location, so I don't know if this review transfers....Service is subpar. No eye contact, no greeting, forgot what I ordered even though I was the only one there, no one is professionally dressed -- no uniforms it seems. Hotheads should really take a note from Chipotle and Chik-fil-A and others -- hospitality and professionalism go a long way.FoodI went here because, being from Southern California, I was missing fish tacos. I wasn't expecting anything great, not even okay by SoCal standards (like Rubios), but this was ridiculous. The picture shows golden fish fillets with a creamy pepper sauce and the description mentions "pico" and lime. What you get is mushy pale white breaded fish cubes reheated in some quick-heat oven and machine-chopped tomatoes. Chopped tomatoes is NOT pico. Pico has diced jalapeño, onions, and cilantro. There was a sauce on it, but not a pepper sauce and I didn't get a lime, though maybe there was lime juice?I also got a steak burrito. Good part is that they offer peppers and onions as well as sautéed squash. Everything else is very sub-standard. The steak is grey, the rice was undercooked and hard, the guacamole does not look fresh or handmade and by the time I got my tacos and made it to my car outside, the entire burrito (only partially wrapped) was cold.I would drive a long way for a better option. I hope they improve because it'd be nice to have some competition to Chipotle and others.
Been here a bunch of times, always was decent. Quality of the ingredients has gone downhill the last few months however and my lunch today was absolutely inedible. Cold and stale, drenched in hot sauce to make it palatable. Don't know what happened, but I won't be coming back.
I stopped in to pick my wife up dinner on Sunday Dec 19th around 830pm. By now, most of the crew here knows me and what I order. The 3 employees working that night were super friendly and very efficient. The girl goes, "you're the one with the onions right?" they know my wife likes tons of onions on her bowl. It's nice when employees go out of their normal routine to remember a customer and show that they appreciate your business. This is a great location. It has lifetime customers with our family!! Thanks Hot Head.
I love hot head and I like this location I also like the people that work there but what I don't like is paying 10$ for a burrito that has barely anything on it. I went today and it's like the guy behind the counter was trying to skimp me on every single thing he put the teeny tiniest amount of rice/beans/chicken and it barely fills the tortilla I don't think they do every burrito like that but I got done in today for sure.
Sub par location. The one on derr road is better. My most recent experience was terrible. 3 people working made fun of me as a customer. Laughing and carrying on. It's funny because the two guys working were goofy and the girl that was the head of debauchery was a whale. Maybe focus on weight watcher before you insult customers.
Absolutely love this place!! Awesome and friendly staff!
Had to wait for them to cook fajita veggies then when I got home the fajita veggies were all onions with a couple of small pieces of pepper?????
