We decided to call in an order for carry out from Frisch's on Bechtle Ave. & we could not have been happier. Everything about the order & ordering process was perfect. First, the woman who took the order over the phone did not rush us even though we knew the restaurant was busy at that time; she was professional, polite, & had a great personality. She read the order back to us without being asked to, & it was correct. When we arrived for order pick-up, the order was ready on time, & the young man at the drive-thru window was also very personable, polite, & thanked us for coming to Frisch's (at most places the person at the window usually just hands you your change & your bag of food & closes the window without acknowledging the customer). Now, based on experience from other restaurants, we have learned to check the bags of food before driving away because usually something is left out, but Frisch's got it right - the order was hot, fresh, & complete, including the several little extras we had asked for. In the grand scheme of things, some might say "what is the big deal? It's just burgers & fries (& fabulous onion rings!) - but what it really boils down to is CUSTOMER SERVICE - treating customers like they matter - and this Frisch's gets it right!
The little girl working the drive thru is about as pleasant and polite as a case of crabs that won’t go away. Stop hiring dipshit teenagers…
I came through to get a big boy combo and a bad boy combo for me and my husband. The food was good, nice and hot and we got it quick. The kid in the drive-thru was very polite and seemed to care about the little things like if we needed ketchup and salt, and even wiped the side of the cup off. His name tag said Alex. It was very refreshing to see people actually care about what they're doing unlike mcdonalds or burger king.
The food was good, the service was a little on the slow side, & one of our group had to send his order back 3 times.
I had the most wonderful dining experience this weekend. The food was delicious. Lisa P. was a wonderful server and never allowed my beverage to go empty. I live out of town and will definitely be back to this location.
Frisch's on Bechtle in Springfield, Ohio. The food is good and the staff are friendly. When I went through the drive thru, the server, Alex, was very courteous and patient. He answered all of my questions, helped me save money and confirmed my order. I would recommend it.
I was a bit disappointed...when I first walked in there was an odor probably coming from a soiled carpet from over the years. (Shouldn't have carpeting in a restaurant)The meal was so-so. The wait staff was congenial and pleasant. The food was hot when it arrived at the table. The coffee...not so great.
Terri always goes above & beyond to make our experience excellent! This is my little guy's favorite restaurant- Terri always goes out of her way to make him feel special! :)
Their price on the sign out front said two super big boys for $10 but when we got the bill we were charged the full price. When I questioned it I was told it was because we ordered other food too. That makes no sense to me.
Breakfast was delicious! Hats off to the cooks, service was great as well Jessica was on her toes, very friendly.
