I specifically asked them to make sure my salad was fresh because I threw the last one in the trash! This is what I got! Straight in the trash! ?
This place gets worse every time I attempt to eat here. Every time I ask for no pickles, Guess what, there’s pickles, and not just a couple, it’s extra the normal amount. And what they give in extra pickles, they lack in sauce for the burgers.
Came in with my daughter this past weekend & was SO pleased with not only the food but the excellent service! We were seated very quickly, and greeted by our amazing server Rhaivyn! It was my daughters first time at Frischs & our server made sure she felt all the vibes! Appreciate the great service so very much! We’ll be back soon, save us a seat in Rhaivyn’s section please! :)
I love coming here! Anytime I pop in, I always request to have Rhaivyn! She has the hospitality skills and charisma that makes Frisch’s truly feel like hometown cooking. As a vegetarian—or practicing at least—I always go for the Impossible Big Boy. It is always grilled to PERFECTION.Thanks again to Rhaivyn (spelling?), the leadership team, and the kitchen for truly making this restaurant the home of burgers, breakfast, and Big Boy!
Rhaivyn was so attentive and pleasant she was one of the best serverrs we've ever had andgave me and my children Me a pleasant dining experience.
I can only speak for the breakfast bar. It was not good. I came in on a Sunday morning around 8 am. First time at breakfast bar since covid. Ordered the breakfast bar (without looking at it first). Everything was very old looking. No fruit on the bar but they had the salad out. Many of the vegetables on the bar was slightly frozen. Received the bill and the breakfast bar is now $12.99!! Very disappointed.
Just wanted to share that we ordered through the drive thru about 5 minutes before close and it was a pretty big order. We felt so bad but we’re very lucky the manager and staff were very friendly with us and reassured us that it was no problem at all. Food was great also. Definitely want to come back because of their curiosity and just overall friendliness. Thanks again east main frischs!
A waitress Heather waited on my party of 8 & did an exceptional job. We will be gathering again soon & hope that we get the same waitress. Great food, atmosphere & service
Heather Ruff was our server and she greeted us at the door and made our visit great. Our food came fast and our glasses were never empty. Thank you Heather for the great visit.
The manager was extremely rude and insulting when I checked out and complaining how I was freezing sitting by the windows, Mr Marcus. Never offered to reduce my bill. I will never return. He’s never been nice !!!
