Besides being out of pork tenderloin it was good.....super service....
Fricker’s is like the only place open past 11:00 PM anymore in Springfield. I appreciate that and their good service and food. We’ve stopped by a few times recently after going to a show and we were pleased that they were open late. The food is good and they have excellent appetizers. I especially like the pretzel bites and the fried cheese plate. We will definitely be back.
Great wings. I got the naked wings with Chipotle sauce. Excellent! Beer was cold and Rachel's service was second to none!

Bought the family pack, ordered on line.We did not receive our mild sauce, the boneless chicken was mostly pill size pieces of greasy room temperature breading.Hairs in the Mac and cheese container.On the plus side the potato wedges were hot and tasted great. We tossed everything else.Very disappointing
Service has been mediocre, but getting better. Bathrooms need attention. I really only get wings. They're always hot and cooked to my specs. Drinks are cold. The games in the extremely small game room are quite dated..
Disappointing, the bacon was so hard that it looked like it had been cooked days before. The curly fries came out kinda cold and unsalted. The waitress was the only good thing about the experience.

WiMga were very good! Crispy and the choice of sauces was a great variety. I had the chipotle and shared some Nashville hot. Wings weren’t skimpy and small, big and cooked great! The fried bologna grilled cheese was super good as well! Great place, chill atmosphere. Visiting from arizona and would Highly retro’s place to anyone! Nice work!
The manager( friday 21st evening mgr) needs to be re-trained in customer service. Also needs more management help on a friday night with 7 new staff members for kitchen on friday night is a train wreck for your serving staff as well the person does schedules needs to pay better attention also If you have an issue in the kitchen then you should let the guest know before waiting over an hour for 3 appetizers that are NOT chicken.Epic fail & it showed by you NOT caring at ALL !!!
