Walked into the restaurant and did not anticipate how much fun it would be to eat there. The attention given to us was excellent the food very very good. The prices are very within reason great selection of wines and beer .
This is a wonderful place to go to for Italian food I love the atmosphere and the food was really good
I'd heard this was a great restaurant. But, this day it was not. Seat yourself; we sat almost 10 min. before someone realized we were there. And it was not busy. Menu's brought and appetizer ordered and drinks. Had to ask to door guy for napkins and silverware. The chicken parmesan was rubbery. I was very disappointed. Hope this was just an OFF day.
Food wasn't that great...didn't care for the doughy calzone and the tea wasn't sweetened which if you're ordering sweet tea you'd expect it to be sweet. Also, same dough was used for the appetizer. I didn't think it was that appealing and that was a first time trip. Only thing good was the salad. I won't be back.
Place was amazing! The mozzarella sticks were scrum dilly umptious! Drinks were served really quick and our waiter was incredibly cute, that boy nice. Who cut his hair fr? I’d give it six stars but he wouldn’t give me his number
We went with friends, who had been here before. While they were very busy, they were also warm and welcoming. They food was great. Two of us had the lasagna. We really like the meat sauce they made it with, very rich. My buddy raved about the sausage and peppers, claiming the sausage was made with pork. His wife had a calzone, which she had before and wanted again.
Went here with my son who was down from Michigan to visit. Atmosphere was ok. We were seated right inside the door so didn't see much beyond that but staff was very friendly and courteous. Food however, aside from the bread, was bad from salad to entree. Salad appeared to be bagged and getting old as it was starting to brown. Bruschetta was gross. The toast was soggy and the balsamic glaze was entirely too sweet. My son ordered chicken and scallops Alfredo and I ordered the combo ravioli. He said the scallops were 'off' and smelled funny and the pasta was barely warm. My ravioli was cold inside. IMO their pasta was previously frozen and, in our case, not heated through. We sent both back. They offered to remake them but why would we? Like I said, bad from beginning to end, except for the bread which was delicious. I would not recommend this restaurant. We will not go back.
Not worth the money at all. My plate had so much water from either the sauce being watered down, or the noodles not being drained well. The salad dressing came in a small cup that was half frozen. The chicken tasted freezer-burnt. I tried really hard to find something good about this meal, but it was honestly terrible. My partner also had a similar meal with the same results.
Do not order fratellis on doordash. The past 2 times I've ordered I have been ripped off. The menu on door dash states you get bread and a salad with entrees. I ordered an entree and received no bread or salad. I left a review stating that and received no contact or compensation. Tonight, I tried again and put it in the comments and did receive the bread and a salad but my entree was a rip off. I bought the pasta with butter and peas- 8.95. The extras I bought were 7.95 for shrimp (received 5 total shrimp), 4.25 for chicken, 2.95 for veggies, and 2.95 for EXTRA pasta. That's over 18 dollars of extras alone. But I barely received enough food to fill an 8 or 9" aluminum Pan. I attached pictures to show how little penne pasta I got, having paid 8.95 + 2.95 for penne pasta alone. I barely received enough pasta to cover the bottom of the 8" or 9" round aluminum Pan. Not to mention almost 8 dollars for 5 shrimp. Either the prices are a rip off or the quantities but either way it was a rip off. I did complain and at 1st was only offered $7 compensation for an over $27 pasta dish. I asked for more compensation and was given an additional $5. I will have to be extremely desperate to order fratellis again. The quality of ingredients was good but that does not compensate for the rip offs. And upon review of my doordash orders in the past I realized that I have ordered fratellis 3 times since August and have had problems every time. My 3rd order in the past was apparently fully refunded. I don't remember what the issue was but obviously to get a full refund it must have been bad. ?♀️
Service was extremely good! The food on the other hand, the best way to describe it would be two steps below mediocre. Think of this place like a VFW that’s in a downtown of a small city that serves cafeteria grade Italian food. The “bruschetta” was a cracker like bread with mushy tomatoes soaked in some garlic olive oil. The bread was doughy and under seasoned. The ravioli was generic and in some watery tomato sauce. Lastly the calzone was underwhelming. The Cesar salad was alright but that’s about it.Good service , bad food. It’s sad because the place is in a great spot, could use a little touching up on the decor and a new menu and it would be a killer spot. Times are tough I get it but spend some money on your ingredients!!!
