Got some lunch to go for doing errands today. Got the steak sub. Ordered on line and picked up the food at the drive thru window. The food was ready on time and the staff was friendly when working the window. Didn't go inside but the back area of the drive up looked clean. The steak hoagie style sub was hot. It had good cheese and onion flavor. The bun was fresh and warm. Good flavor on the pattie and gravy. Pretty good flavor overall.
Just ordered a calzone with double extra cheese, 6 piece BBQ boneless wings with ranch, Big Don Italian sub hold the banana peppers and the tomatoes, and a Ham and Smoked Provolone hold the lettuce, tomatoes, and onions with the special instructions requesting the dressing on the side. I didn't get the ranch for the wings and the dressing was still on the sub. The only reason why I'm giving a 4 star and not lower is because what I did get tasted good and Jennifer was friendly and ensured I had my order in my grasps when my dog got too excited to see someone new. I used to work at a very busy Donatos and worked a lot of late nights so I understand the stress that comes with the job but the mistakes from this order happen every time I order from this location. This is just the first time I'm saying something (I don't order from here often, maybe 3 times in the last 6 months)
I love donatos but this one is horrible. Food not always hot or even made right. Then when you call the credits never actually put in the system and all they say when call to reorder is call general manager ? yet biggest issue is one of their drivers be not wanting to give you, your change. Or once even had them write a tip in for themselves. Of course im still waiting on 2 different credits one for 20 and one for 15. If i could go to another donatos and have it delivered i sure would!
I literally sat at the drive thru for over 10 minutes. I finally went in and they were answering the window for the car who had been waiting behind me. 4 different people walked past the window and even acknowledged I was there. Then got an attitude with me when I went in and said something I wish I could leave a 0 star review because at this point they don't even deserve a 1 star they way to ignore their customers.
I ordered through DoorDash and you guys rushed the pizzas! 16 minutes to cook 2 pizzas? Come on now!
Absolutely love this location! The pizza and wing deal on the app is awesome! Food is always fresh and cooked to order.
Delivery was going to take over 2 hours so I elected to pick up the order from their drive-thru window. I went and picked up the order and was back home in front of our TV in less than 15 minutes.
I don't recommend this place. I paid $32.00 for this burnt mess. Will never order from here again. Plus the food was cold upon arrival after an hour of waiting. This is seriously ridiculous.EditChrissy rectified the situation and was very professional to me and the situation. I understand times are hard with COVID19 and staff shortages. I will update this review to 5 stars.

Friendly service. Pizza was good however the salad was absolutely horrible
