Placed an order and was called immediately called back and they stated they were closing early because “nobody wants to work” how embarrassing for your company for your employees to state that over the phone. So we ordered a whole separate order from another dominos after being promised a refund immediately.. We still haven’t received the refund and it’s been a week so I called and explained and they hung up on me. ): you guys owe my husband and I almost $35 and after promised a refund, we got hung up on. I am so disappointed in how you guys are running this store. The disrespect, embarrassment, ect you guys put customers through is mind blowing.
I was there at 9pm ordered two pizzas an bread twist waited till 945 pm still wasn't done I ask for my money back to go somewhere else to get my kids food an manager said I would have to come back at 1030 they where. To busy to refund my money it wasn't only money to feed my kids.. I am think he should loose his job for this conduct period.
My pizza was delivered cold and all jumbled in the box to the hotel I was staying at down the street. They sent a remake a couple days later while I was still staying there and it was cold as well. I didn’t have it made thin crust to lessen the chance of it being jumbled in the box again. Epic fail
ordered 2 hardly any sauce on it dry nasty was my favorite now not sure
26 Oct 2021 - Evening. Ordered pizza for my mom, after 2 hours she called to check on the order and the female employee hung up on her for no reason! She was just asking about the order and why it's been 2 hours. The driver showed up about 30 minutes after that and she refused to accept the pizza. This store location just keeps getting worse and worse. At least they refunded her money. They also consistently double-charge her debit card and have to fix it. If I could give zero stars I would. Last time ordering from there.
some dude just took my order & delivery address, said my delivery will be in 45 min. 2 hrs pass & still no delivery… I called & a different person picked , was told that it was already delivered elsewhere. This has got to be my worst experience with them. Deserve no star.but get one for answering my call. ?
So not even 10 minutes ago I just placed an online order with the South limestone dominos here in Springfield Ohio as soon as my order was placed and I received my confirmation my phone rang and it was the manager from the Domino's stating to me that they wouldn't have any delivery drivers until after 5:00 p.m. so unless I wanted to come pick up my pizza they were going to void my order.... I will never again order from them I was Leary in the first place but then this,,, I'll pass and id advise u not to waste your time either...
They have The BEST Hoagie's... They Deliver so I get them faster. But w/ the Covid, one should ask if they deliver in your area!
Waited almost 2 hrs for my food. Called store. Was told by a female employee. We only have 1 driver who can only run 1 order. Little odd but ok. Driver shows up with my food 20 minutes after he left the store. Calls and tells I have to come down stairs and get my food directly from him on a no contact delivery. I tell him I really can't as I have had recent knee surgery. Driver says it's corporate policy. Hobble down stairs to get now 1 hr cold food directly from the driver. On a no contact delivery
Apparently you can order a pizza, pay online and they just choose not to deliver it at all and won't answer the phone even though they are still open. The status said it was in the quality check phase over an hour ago and yet still no pizza has been delivered. Tried calling several times to get a refund and tell them forget the order at this point but they just let it ring and ring so I guess I have to waste my time trying again tomorrow. What a joke. Guess I should have went with Pizza Hut.
