Do not do business with this pizza place they are extremely rude to the customers and there drivers do not come to the door if you don't answer you phone it is considered failed delivery and you don't get your food and then they till you it will be 3 to 5 day for your money to be put back in your account .so how does a person feed there family if they keep your money for 3 to 5 days I will never do business with them again ....
i ordered two italian subs and their card machine malfunctioned. I lost 22 dollars for those two subs and they would not refund me my money nor make me my food. after driving two hours to springfield i was hungry, and heard so many good reviews about this pizza place, but i was very disappointed.
This was my first time ordering from here because I'm not from around this area but they do have some good stuff to eat at a great price ?.
They sell you a pizza package at one price on Groupon,but then try to make you pay additional money when you go to pick it up.
I would absolutely give zero stars if possible. This is by far the worst tasting pizza I've ever had the displeasure of tasting. The employees are all shady and rude. I'm not joking when I say the pizza taste like cardboard. It may be cheap but it's really not worth it. Please avoid this place.Update.Decided to give them a second try. Employee on phone was rude and so high he could be bothered to listen to anything I said. They completely F#@$&* up my order. Once again I don't recommend this garbage pizzeria and I implore everyone too eat elsewhere.

I ordered a pizza and breadstick both of them were good but the philly cheese steak hoggie that i order was pretty bad the meat was burnt and none of the veggies was cooked and the cheese was rubber other then that the rest of it was good
Rude employees. Was hung up 4 times because I wanted to pay over the phone for my son who is in springfield visiting family. Called back again and was told “don’t know what to tell ya bud. Called back and asked for a manager same guy said “speaking” and then hung up on me. Rude employees with no customer service skills. We were able to order him food last weekend and pay over the phone with debit card but not this weekend with shotty service for subpar pizza.
This is the worst pizza place I have been to, First time I ordered I waited 30 mins more than told. Tonight I waited 2 hours for 1 pizza and a 2 liter pepsi. And I am still.... waiting. Amazing job guys! You guys deserve a raise for sure. Thank you!
