Nothing was being cleaned, capacity was well over the limit, every machine was dirty if functioning . Almost shoulder to shoulder not comfortable at all. I'm not one to give negative reviews it takes alot but wow I probably won't return. Pizza was good from what the kiddos said so that's a good remark!
Birthday party was a total breeze! Our host handled every detail and time frame and went totally above and beyond for our party. Everything was super clean, food was great and the kids had a blast. Very impressed!

Great place to take the kids and make some memories. I would recommend eating before going, prices are a little high. Also, search for free coupons before going, they have good deals online.
This was incredibly fun for the kids. I can't recommend the birthday party enough! The host was wonderful too. :)
This place has really gone down hill. The tunnel gym is gone now and it is more pricey then going to a high quality trampoline park with a lot less fun things to do. The animatronics don't even work anymore.

fantastic birthday party! clean, fun, safe environment and the staff was very friendly and made the experience special for the kids! love the birthday package and the value! pizza was delicious, games were fun, and a great way for parents to plan parties that are less stressful for them as Chuck E. Cheese puts in the effort to make it a great experience!
The animatronic band didnt play a single time even though the website said there would be 3 shows the night we went. Honestly, it was the only reason my daughter even wanted to go so it pretty much ruined the entire experience.
This was our first visit to this location in several years. Very few, if any games have been updated. Many of the games my kids tried to play were broke or out of order. We bought cheesesticks, a large 1 topping pizza, 2 drinks, and 2-60 minute play cards and it was 75.00. Not worth our time or money in my opinion.
