Order came up to $80. One cheese pizza one pepperoni pizza a deluxe pizza and plain wings was ordered. Wings had Buffalo sauce on them so people couldn’t eat them. Then got two cheese pizzas instead of one cheese and one pepperoni. And the one that was supposed to be pepperoni was burnt to no return! Called them and they said they can put a $9 credit on the account!!!! Wowwwww first and last visit to Cassanos ??♂️ Mind you I said $80 order!
Order large Deluxe, I hadn't had Cassano's in a long time. It was the worst pizza, i had ever had, burnt, taste bad, just absolutely nasty, even looked bad, like someone had chewed it and put back on it. This isn't the first time. Been serveral times but wanted to give it a benefit of doing better.Boyie was, I wrong.Never again
Order my food at 9:52pm on 02/02/2022 was told it would be an hour at 12:00am still no food no call from anybody at cassano's. Very disappointed and they charged my card as well.
Said it was a 1hr delivery time and it took 1hr and 30 mins the pizza was burnt and tasted gross and barly warm and the chicken wings we got was not even sauced besides maybe a little bit of a squirt of BBQ on every other wing that's it... and the wings was not warm eather... s.limestone worst place to order from...
Drive thru was so slow... terrible, five cars deep and 15 minutes

I had a very great experience here at cassanos pizza Adriana the "manager" helped us out and made sure our order was right, she also gave my daughter a free pop for the wait, which was very respectful, the cook was nice and my food was fresh and hot, i would definitely recommend this pizza location if in town or just ordering dinner. And terrell was a good help he was taking care of the phone, cooking, front counter, and drive thru also boxing all the food up! Good job guys will be back again...
