Ordered food online and wait time said 30 minutes, we got there to pick it up 30 minutes later, the person working at the front counter told us that they have not even started it, waited another 30 minutes and the food was burnt and tasteless, quality was beyond poor, my wife talked me into it because she is from the area and told me how great it is, well she agreed this was a disappointment!! Never again!
Fresh and hot and it taste amazing
Best pizza I've had in a long time. Was traveling thru, I'd be a regular customer if I wasn't in a different Springfield ?
Order a 1 small deluxe and 2 twenty 0z soda's and it took them more then thirty minutes to have it ready. Food was good though. Price was ok. Just didn't think it should take more than 30 for a small pizza, I might have expected that with a large, but not a small.
Customer service is great. Cleanliness of the store not so good.
I haven't had Cassano's in 25 years. I really enjoyed the pizza.
Pizza is mediocre. Thin crust, strange overly diced up toppings, and of course the salty crust which is their trademark and people either love or hate. The pizzas are usually cold and taste "old" once you get them, likely because the thin pizzas don't retain heat very well. The worst part is Cassano's is obnoxiously expensive for the quality of the pizza. I think they get away with it because they're a local and longstanding name, but that doesn't excuse it, in my book. I have had $6 frozen pizzas at home that taste no different, aside from the salted crust.
Wait time for ordering was unrealistic. But this is a childhood favorite and a definite go to when I'm in town. Pizza was hot and just how I ordered it ?
Food was good, place looked rather dated.
I have LOVED Cassano’s all my life! The years that I lived out of state, when I would come home to visit, one of my first stops was always Cassanos! Now that I’m back in Springfield, Ohio I can get my favorites anytime I want. That makes me happy!!
