The customer service is terrible. I had a $47.95 order and the driver handed me both pizza's almost vertical out of the hot bag. Told the driver my pizzas all slid to one side. The manager said she would credit my order. Turns out they credit me for one pizza as if it only one that was jacked up. Im done dealing with the lack of customer service with this local establishment. They need to learn to value customers that keep them in business! They won't get my money no more! Hello Marions!
The poor girl that toke my order said i dont know how to do the register very well. No one came out to help her. And so because of this they didn't make my sandwich right asked for ham and cheese sub with only lettuce onion with mayo and onion and light banana peppers instead i got a italian with about 1 cup of mayo no onion or lettuce and no Italian dressing.
Cassano's is a great thin crust pizza joint but I think it's a little pricey for what it is!
The gluten free crust is good. But while we sat waiting for 20+ minutes for our order, we heard the manager yell at someone for messing up every single order that came through, including ours and our friends' that were with us. I was even given the wrong salad dressing, and when I asked for no croutons with my salad, they told me they were in a separate package, and put them in my bag anyway, instead of just not putting them in the bag with my salad at all.
Great food and great people. Longtime customer that loves that Cassano touch, don't change it.
We had an extra large pepperoni, cheese, and sausage from Cassano’s. It was delicious!!! ?

One of the worst experiences I ever had with Cassanos! We couldn't get it delivered because their driver didn't show up then we get there and had to wait for about 30 minutes then we pay for the pizza and had to wait even longer because they hadn't even made the pizza yet after we were told on the phone it would be about twenty minutes. We got home and our FRESH pizza wasn't even hot even though it just came out the oven and we are only a couple minutes from the store!!! Not a good experience at all!!! Probably won't be back!!!
Wider variety on the menu then in past newly built building very nice
