I want to literally thank the manager “Ashley “ and the crew members that came outside and helped with assistance of a elderly lady and daughter blocking interest way for me and family to get in to order food. They brought us out our food while still being blocked in and the manager stood there and went beyond her job until the police came to order the elderly lady to clear entrance. Ashley and crew members made sure me and my children was safe and out of a busy Main street where there was no way I could move. Thank you! We made it out of traffic and the block entrance way safe.
Just pulled in with 3 busses. One other driver and myself walked across the street to BK because they weren't that busy. The lo by doors were locked and the manager came out and told us that their terminals were down and that unless we drove through he couldn't help us. When we explained we were driving busses and couldn't drive through he graciously asked us what we wanted and just handed us the meals and said don't worry about it! He didn't have to do that at all so hats off. It's appreciated! !
On April 1st i was at this location and what i heard to me was completely disturbing when you hear a female manger that was skinny with red hair saying "ni.ga" and or "nigg.r" that she continues to say for about 10 minutes straight i ask for the name was told im not aloud to give it out and didn't have a name tag on but was in the store seemed to be argueing with someone and with me being a black woman and for me to hear this manager continue to use the "nig.a" and or "nigg.r" word with black employees in the store that is racial and also a hate crime i called to speak to someone the following day and was told they would be out for 2 weeks they could leave a number and im preety sure it was the same person that was there i don't think i will ever get a call from anyone i also went threw this morning and the same lady was there again very rude and very disappointed at this location i fell like having this person working for you is a bad choice by you i will not be returning here since to me in my eyes you have a raciest manager that works here in my eyes this person should have been fired due to what she did
I always order thru the app, you get some good deals thru it, always a good experience going to this place.
Horrible customer service, they microwave your breakfast sandwiches, and they stare at you instead of saying hello, thank you, and have a nice day… WORST OF ALL they have people that hand your food out with dirty hands and nails…. Literally black stuff like they were working on a car….
Facility is nice and employees seemed very capable and plentiful. The dining room was a little dirty, it was hard to find a table that had been wiped off recently.
Got a Whopper Jr. Meal. The bottom of the bun was a little hard as if had been sitting in a warmer too long. The onion rings were piping hot and fresh, though.
The staff and management were very nice and personable. Best service we have had at any Burger King.
disappointed food .I don't recommend
They were okay; not bad but for whatever reason if you the only one in line why is the food cold? Other than that they get you in and out but not with hot food. Caution!
