Yesterday evening on 1/7/22 at 4:59 pm the person taking payments looked to be taking pics of card info. She processed my payment but before giving me my card back looked to see if anyone was watching or nearby in store before waving my card 3 times in front of something and then holding it still for a couple seconds like she was taking a pic with phone before handing it back. I called manager and so they can investigate but she didn't seem concerned at all. I won't be going back to this BK and I will use cash at other BK restaurants. This occurred on E. Main restaurant. I'm not one to complain unless there is an issue. I even thought about it before I called today but I decided to call because it needs to be investigated. I'll probably call customer complait line Monday to make sure there is an investigation.
The food was cold and very distasteful and my old was wrong after going thru a second time
They were super nice. Service was fast and fresh food.
This place would be so much better if they would learn how to give people the order they asked for. It really isn't that hard. Sometimes it almost seems like they mess up your order on purpose.

Every single time I order something special, it is made wrong! I always order OCS with no Mayo and it always ends up having Mayo on it.This time I ordered it without Mayo AND lettuce thinking there’s no way they’ll mess THAT up. Just chicken on a bun. But nope. Sure enough , it’s made wrong AGAIN. Every. Single. Time. Not only that, but the fries aren’t even done. Definitely pulled those WAY too soon. I’m just disappointed that any time my family decides to try BK, they show us why it’s a rare occasion. My husband got it last night and ordered 2 double hamburgers, only lettuce & tomato. They gave us 2 double cheeseburgers. I mean it’s like the night shift just simply can’t make the food correctly. It’s always the night shift. Never had a problem anytime I’ve went in the daytime.
