Very comical and kind workers and I was really caught by surprise by the managers son waiting for his dad to get off work he was quite the welcome and a wonderful character and it really eased my visit to burger king thank you much for all the great laughs and giggles and I believe you. Will run the show wherever you end up in your time go rest place thank you
Normally I am not impressed with any Burger King. However, this time they were quick, accurate, and friendly
Food was cold not good fries were soggy and dried out food over priced for not being any good. Fast food has went down hill and companies don't care only about money not customer service anymore.
Apparently no age limit for working in this location a young man approximately 10-12 years old filling orders of French fries and bagging food with no mask. Definitely will not return to this location. Will complain to BK Corporate and health department.
One of the better Fast Food places for hamburgers in my opinion.
Ordered a Italian Chicken sandwich and it had no sauce. I brought this to their attention and they gave me packets of cold marinara.The cook came out and threatened me with a butt Sooper( nice way of putting it) and then called the police on me. They would not refund or even remake my food.
They re-bun burgers if you ask for them plain by scraping the condiments off of completed burgers and slapping a new bun and cheese on them. Absolutely unacceptable, and the fact that they think they can get away with it in 2021 is ludicrous. It's a procedure that's a stereotype of the industry that goes back at least two decades - it's NOT how modern food service works.It's a bunch of acidic ingredients on a lean puck of meat with some processed dairy product thrown on top. You really think nobody's going to notice? You think that flavor just scrapes off the top? Unbelievable.
Burger King Stock Island not Springfield? I stopped in here after a long day walking in the heat to get a Frozen slushy. The lady working the cash register was very generous. She could see that I was very hot when I asked her if the slushies only came in one size she kindly upgraded the size w no additional cost. So sweet ?
So I went to Burger King on Mccreight in Springfield, Ohio and was missing a 4 piece mozzarella stick...no biggie, I was just gonna chalk up the 1.50 but then went to eat my burger and there was a pile of hair in it. Ok now I need to tell someone bc that's gross! So the manager says yes I can replace your missing cheesesticks you already paid for and remake your hair burger. Cool I'll use more gas to drive to your establishment a second time to get what I've already paid for. Horrible customer service
