April 13 we went in at 9:15pm there were 4 adults 2 children. The manager greeted us telling us its gonna be a minute while they clean a table they just finished dinner rush. The place was a mess. We finally got seated. Our server was the only thing good about this visit. She got our drinks. Our apps came. The chili on our queso was burnt from setting most of the day. Gross. They literally got the lost from the pan. When our food finally came. My wrap was so cold the shell was hard and cracked all over sent back. The 15 wings my son in law ordered were cold sent back. I would have sent it all back but not my decision. Time for remakes was horrible for about 3-4 serves and a handful of tables.. I cancelled my wrap. Finally at 10:45 we are leaving with remakes packaged up to take home. Whats the point cold by time they get home now. Manager never came to talk to us. He should have done something for us due to the amount of mistake. This place isn't cheap and its sad to pay a bill like that and leave very very disappointed. Springfield is off my go to list. FYI that place was still a mess when we left. Very dirty dining room. Management needs to set standards and examples and crew will follow.
Terrible service. Food was trash. I usually love coming to this restaurant. However, my wings were very small. My pop had no flavor. I had to ask two people for a new pop before receiving it. Same with asking for a fork. My fried pickles were undercooked. I got the wrong order at first. My waitress never came around, and the food tasted terrible compared to my past experiences. Don't waste your money here!
MY wife and I were seated very quickly. We waited ten minutes, got up, and headed to leave. I asked the host for a manager. Not one server stopped at the table and asked if we had been helped. Three servers helped the table next to us. One brought refills on drinks for two different tables. ( The sever who's station we were in.) One server who brought out this table's food. Finally, a server to bring out their utensils. Our server cleaned tables and continued to try and get one of the other servers to take our table. As we were leaving , she came over and asked my wife, " You're not staying." No, this restaurant was not busy five servers ten tables with people sitting. All but three tables were eating.
Worst one I have ever been to messed up my order took 20 min to ask what I wanted to drink didn’t give us silverware, the pop taste like water. And we asked the waitress to get us more pop, she said yes I’ll get it from the good pop machine, like they new it was bad in that one, forgets the pop and proceeds to walk around on her phone! Worst experience ever explains why I never come to springfield for anything!!
Not the best food was dried out slaw no dressing too long for food. Server was kind said it was taking too long she was overwhelmed by lack of help and people wondering how much longer on food.And it was freezing in restaurant I just wanted to get bill and leave.
Noisy, TVs all seemed.tuned to 3 channels during March Madness amd one was soccer and another 2 were NCAA games but weren't where you could watch the gamea no matter what side of the table you sat at. Wings were small, hard and dry. Tots excellent. Service was good. Only the buy one get one special made the wings semi worth the expense. Restaurant was so cold almost all the customers kept coats or hoodies on or sat owith arms crossed to try and stay warm. No on e seemed to linger to watch the games.
The food was good. The waitress was terrible. They weren't busy at all. And she was very lazy. Didn't refill the drinks at all. Didn't come to check on us. So to summarize the food was really good maybe just carry out. The dine-in experience was a disappointment and a letdown.
It seems like every time we go we get less and less sauce. And Tuesday/Thursday buy one get one free wings, are only 50% off now not free! I was really sad. The customer service is always good though!
Take out orders completed only when you complained .if you don't complain they just cook food in whatever order they like.either not enuf kitchen staff or not enough fryer space to keep up with orders.poor upper management. Basically just keep saying your food is coming meanwhile half hr later still no food.once u complain or make a scene it magically appears.
LarderRoom...(Boneless) Wing Wednesday-ing so hard! Garlic Parmesan on deck with some crispy fries! Always hot, always saucy and served with a smile. I'll be back soon!
