We were at the Springfield Ohio restaurant on Leffel road at 7:30 pm tonight. Stood around for 15 minutes to be seated and then after finally being seated we sat there for 5 minutes and the waitress never came to the table. This location was not at all busy and why we had to wait so long is beyond me. We walked out. Seemed like they were too busy cleaning up to serve those that were there to eat. What a disgrace to Bob Evans! Poor management. We won’t be back!

I have never been to a worse managed Bob Evans in my life...The management is rude and condescending...The pickup orders are repeatedly wrong... The salad had no tomatoes because they were out of them with no substitute or. restitution offered...The management on February 28 at 5:30 pm had no common courtesy as does this posting process..you can't see what you post...I am not clear as to how this place stays in business...have been a faithful customer at least twice a week but never again...st
Went here for dinner my wife and I sat for 45 mins waiting for a table. Asked when we might get a table was told Carry out was important and they was having trouble with the kitchen staff. Manager was rude to us and a very nasty attitude. Will never visit this location again.
I always go here for breakfast stuff. I love that you can get it any time during the day. Always perfection

Was surprisingly taken back by how clean, how nicely decorated and how good the food was. Everything was outstanding. Highly recommend
Extremely busy, a little short staffed like everyone. Staff was helpful, efficient, and friendly. Food was good, we had breakfast.
Nobody waited on me for 15min. Finally after getting my food. I asked for jelly for my toast. I never got it. Now I'm waiting on my check. I wonder how long this will take. I don't see her anywhere. Poor customer service
