Picked up lunch.....I got the steakhouse burger and it was really good. My wife ordered country fried steak and it was excellent. I highly recommend this Bob Evans location.
Good price but chicken was not cooked all the way. The manager did get the chicken remade and made sure it was completely cooked. Ive been going to Bob Evans for 30 years I'll definitely be going back and will not let 1 bad experience really change my view of this amazing company
Good food, wasn't busy for a 5pm on a Friday. Waitress was attentive and friendly. Table was not clean we seated asked it to be wiped off or seated elsewhere.
Took our order and never turned it in. 45 minutes waiting. So we left. They never said a word. Thanks for being so thoughtful!
Ordered for dinner and the sandwich I got was not even cooked all the way. I will not be ordering from Bob Evans again always a issue when I order. Your going to get people sick doing this bullcrap.
Ordered takeout to eat in hotel room. One of the worst BLTs we have ever had. We both ordered soup and sandwiches combo. Soups were great. BLTs were bad. Both of us had one slice of bread that was buttered on both sides, but not toasted. Hands we covered with oily substance while handling sandwich.
The food was good. However, the bathrooms were not in that good of shape. The women's only had two stalls, and one of those was out of order. An electric automatic air freshener is a much needed addition. Also, one of the paper towel dispensers was empty.
No enough staff so there was a wait no problem my family and I waited. But when we got out food the hamburger was not done all the way, very greasy and red inside the pancakes were not done all the way either. One family member didn't get all there food server never come back to ask us how our food was the server only came back to give us the check. Told them when we were cashing out of the problem. We paid over $40 and it was not worth it. Don't waste your time or money going here.
Great food, friendly staff and the wait time was not long at all!! Thanks to everyone there for a few great meals.
I guess they changed their steak and it made the whole plate of food tasted like their new steak. It was gross. I couldn't even eat it with A1 sauce. And I put it on everything.. did not enjoy it.
