Food is always good however in the drive through your sign sounds like it's going to kill someone. I have never had so much anxiety waiting on my food. Almost left. That sign moved and was making so much noises my kid didn't even wanna sit in the car. No more drive through when we come back. Inside only.
What happened to fast-food? Whatever happened it missed this place. The last two times we've come here we've waited over 8 minutes with two cars in front of us and then last time the sandwiches were so sloppy the buns fell apart while we were eating them. Slow service and mediocre food.
Went here for a single sandwich and cookie. The drive thru worker turned her back to us for 20+ mins and sat there doing nothing. Had 10+ cars pull out from drive thru, BUSINESS OWNER, YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE COSTING YOU TONS OF MONEY. To the people who rudely ignored me, you can shove that market fresh sandwich up your a**.
Always good food, good service and rarely crowded in the restaurant. The drive through does get busy but still as fast as expected.
My fiance and I had put an order in for Arby's using door dash. We waited over half an hour for our dasher to get our food, but was told that Arby's didn't have our order on their screen. Our dasher waited there for half an hour for our order and when I called Arby's to see what was going on, I was very rudely told that they are looking for the door dash orders, but had none in their system, then was sarcastically told "OK!" and was hung up on. No effort to try to work with me or show any sign of true customer service.
Food was cold. Lack cheese. Food made me very sick after eating it. Only good thing I can say is drive thru was pretty fast.

Received the wrong sandwich and didn't get sauce for my mozzarella sticks
Not a pleasant experience. The African American lady manager was exceptionally rude to me and my wife. Had an attitude for days to come. Be won't be back until she's fired. If she's the face for Arby's than that's pathetic. Arby's used to mean so much more than cocky arrogance and people who don't care about customers.
The best mozzarella sticks!! And the sandwiches are pretty good too.
