One of these employees tried to steal my doordash tonight man ? had to go there TWICE. AND show them a screenshot of the order, WITH the customer on my phone. Tried telling me both times it wasn't there, and ONLY when I showed the confirmation screenshot to them, did they "start making" the order. Then the dude comes to the window and says "Did her sandwich have anything special? I can't see it on my screen" Ooooohhhh NOW it's showing up for you when I come back a second time and being told BOTH times that you didn't have it, and tell you I have all the information? Mind you, he only GLANCED at the confirmation screenshot, didn't go type in the numbers or anything, and automatically started making the order. Y'all are bums!
Terrible. There must have been 5 people waiting for their orders. Think i waited like 10 minutes.I then went up and asked for a refund. Left dissappointed in the service. It looked like the left hand didnt know what the right hand was doing.
Possibly a new employee taking orders on the inside...pretty slow. Didn't seem to realize she could continue taking orders, while others were making food, if you know what I mean.
Wendy's is one of the best fast-food places you can go in my opinion. Good price for quality food.
Slow drive thru... forgets things asked for... spoon..straw...the sauces you paid extra for..etc..
