our steaks were so salty couldn't eat them and snake bites were so greasy left all our food and was never offered anything to please us needless to say will never go back
Food delicious but they need a bigger spot or a better way to manage wait times. We had a 5:30 dinner time and couldn't get a booth until 6:45 after them telling us that we would have a table by 6p!Waiters and waitresses were great though and they served us quickly
This was a nice happy place to eat. Lots of decorations on the walls and always playing country music. We had to wait like 15 minutes for dinner witch wasn't bad because they were busy other places in town you had to wait 40 minutes. The waiter was nice but not very personal. The manager came around and asked if everything was ok and he was nice witch felt like was a nice touch that was personal witch I told him good job for that. All of our steaks were real good and big and thick and juicy. I got rare witch was probably Pittsburgh rare but I didn't mind at all it was still delicious. the baked potato was covered in to much salt and the side of veggies was bland. But the steak made up for both of those. The ribs my mom got could been more meaty and covered in more sauce but with a side of extra sauce and dipped in it it was good. I would come back again. To see if my stars go up to 5 ? the rolls are fresh and delicious btw
was there for mothersday and it was fast and very friedly i loved the hot rolls they were delicious i would recommend. my family of 4 had a great time thank you
The only good thing that happened was call ahead seating. From the time we walked in to the hostess stand till the time we left…. Absolutely terrible Won’t be back this is the review from my husband If I could give this place a -10 I would. Only thing positive was the call ahead check in but downhill from there. Got our text to go to hostess stand only to be ignored for 5 minutes due to four people and manager were busy playing on their phones. Finally noticed by a waitress who sat us. Got a waitress to finally arrive take drink order and then slammed them on our table. Was very rude. Salads never came and when they did after asking it was same time meal came. I was out of my soda and never got a refill. Oh and dinner sucked. Dry chicken, overcooked potatoes and steak… not sure how to describe that pathetic piece of meat. Finally said forget it just leave it. Paid on kiosk and left. Wasn’t worth getting to go boxes. All in all I’ll never go back. Oh I almost forgot, watch out for idiot bus boy running full speed with bin of dishes almost taking my wife’s arm to kitchen with him. If couldn’t handle table of two I’d hate to see what a big top would look like.
Liked it bit definitely not the quality of Longhorn. It was crowded as tho it was the best in town but I've m got to say...ummm, no. Steak was cooked as it was ordered but the sides left little to be desired. My wife had rice that had been overcooked hours earlier... waitress took away..and the shrimp portion of my sirloin and shrimp were soggy. My first time ever not eating shrimp served in any manner in any restaurant in my 67 years... just awful. Needless to say, no more for us.. and I'm sure many others to follow.
Ordered 5 meals to go with requested pickup time about 90 minutes later. Showed up about 5 minutes early and waited about 20 minutes past the requested pick up time. Not all items were delivered or cooked as ordered. Owner did contact me personally and truly apologized for the bad service and made it right. I'm happy with the response and deleted the original post. We will be coming back. Don't let one bad experience stop you from coming back. Everyone deserves a second chance to make something right? Life's too short to sweat the small stuff.
The food and service was great. The host staff especially Izzy was rude and sat at least 6 groups of people who walked in after us. We read the new rule about not sitting half parties and think it is ridiculous. We meet friends from out of town usually, usually we sit and buy.... Extra drinks. Doubt we will go back. The old manager was amazing. The food was amazing but we sat in our truck for a half hour to wait another 40 minutes. Not worth it especially when elderly people were treated disrespectfully also about the wait. I realize these are just kids but.... The manager should know they treat people horribly.
Service was great. We didn't have to wait too long. Their American burger was good. Filet medallions were pretty good too. Got a Ceaser salad as a side. The lettuce was limp and there was so little dressing on it I honestly couldn't even taste it. Over all it was good. Will return. Just be sure to ask for extra dressing.
My favorite place to visit. The ribs are amazing. The rolls and butter they serve is wonderful. Service is always great.
