The people are nice enough. They can’t seem to keep staff. They changed their policy so you have to walk in to get online orders, can’t go through the drive. Then you go in and stand there for 10 minutes until someone realizes you’re there.Used to come here 2-3x a week, but don’t think I’ll be back.
the people and service is wonderful. the employees do a great job keeping it clean the best they can. beware, the bathroom isn't so pleasant. smells like sewer. i don't think the employees can do anything about it
Had a terrible experience. One of the worst taco bells I've been too. Couldnt refund order after half of what we ordered, they didnt have. Staff seemed like they'd rather jump off a cliff than be there.
Worst service ever!! Not even worth one star! I ask for no sauce on my chicken quesadea and they decided to put extra sauce ? Also ordered a small drink that I did not get and when I told the girl she had an attitude like it was my fault!!! Customer service is no longer important!
Didn't have the food we ordered online. I normally wouldnt give a low review for that but they wouldn't give us a refund and then the manager was very rude about giving us the rest of the items we ordered and already paid for. When she finally made the rest of our order it proceeded to then take 20 minutes to cook our food. When we got it the food was soggy(?), cold and half the items were missing.Just everything about this Taco Bell makes it the worst one I've ever been too. Poor service all around and really just genuinely awful food. Taco Bell is usually one of my favorites too.
Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Rude employees. They must have dumped salt on the chips because they were inedible. Forgot one of our tacos and didn’t put half of the ingredients on pretty much everything. We ordered online and when we got to the window, they told us to come in. We waited 30 minutes for our food.
Wait in line in the Drive-Thru as long as everyone else did to be told sorry we have to close down we can't take your order but they can take all the vehicles in front of me orders no problem. Plus half the time they can't even get my order right
There was 1 person ahead of us in the drive through a d we waited almost 30 minutes for our food. We would have just left, but the way it's set up there, once you're in line, there's no way to get out. This was at 1pm so we weren't even there at peak times.
Need to change the oil you guys fry the cinnibon bites in got food from doordash from you guys 2/4 and everything was ok except the bites
Best one around. Been all over . Norwalk , willard , tiffin, Fostoria, Mansfield. NONE ARE AS GOOD AS THIS ONE. Always fresh food when I do go here
