When you order delivery they never put more lettuce on the subs even when the option is selected ,happens almost every time other than that very good ?

Every time I try to go in and order a sub they tell me if I don’t have a pick up order they can’t get to me for 25 minutes or more, the last time they did serve me I watch them make a sandwich after handling cash and not washing hands or changing out gloves.

Placed a phone order father had to pick it up is handicapped and was told he had to come in to pick it up and can’t come to the drive thru window. The person who took my order was rude mrs. Jackson very rude won’t be back. The place doesn’t care about handicapped was told the manager knew about my father said they would only do it this time and was given Uber eats flyers. But told my dad that he shouldn’t use them. Very bad service.....

So, we came through on a bus. One guy was smoking in the bathroom when we got there, then he was on the phone for some time while the lady working with him was trying to serve all 34 of us by herself. She got a few ingredients wrong for some of us, but i think she was just overwhelmed by the number of us, and the aforementioned cashier constantly typing wrong orders and short changing us and needing her help. 2 stars instead of 1 because it was probably just the people working...
Absolutely terrible. They stole $5 from me!!!! Never go here! Awful service
