Not only is the food great Toby gave the best customer service!! Stopped by at lunch the line was crazy long, he was working alone, not only did he get everyone’s order made quickly he did it with a great attitude and no complaints. Always nice to see employees taking pride in their work.... This man deserves a raise for the way he was working today.
Subs were hard and old and all the drinks in the fridge were frozen solid. The employee that worked there had an bad attitude, rude and on her phone when I respectfully asked her for my money back. She gave me back 2 fake dollar bills and some change. Definitely do not recommend this Subway location in Sandusky, Ohio.
