Their shakes were unavailable. There were no prices for most of the combos on their menu. They also got my burger toppings wrong. I asked for no onions extra pickles and they gave me onions and no pickles. It took like 6-7 minutes with only one car in front of me, which wouldn't be a big deal except for the other problems. Food tasted good (after i picked off the onions) but also came with no napkins in the bag, and the straw i received was too short for the large cups. Not going back.
Staff was extremely friendly, burgers and shakes were excellent at a reasonable price.
moldy food, disgusting on the inside. their ice cream machine and other food machines are known to be unclean and moldy. terrible place to eat at. went downhill so quick and it’s sad to see
There is no need for opinions, the facts say it all. On March 1, 2022 the Erie County Health Department closed this restaurant for 31 days so they can CLEAN it and comply, according to an article in the Sandusky Register. I believe that they were wonderful when they opened many years ago but the quality of the food, the service staff and the level of cleanliness have deteriorated beyond repair.
I am not able to rate the food from this establishment because I ordered delivery and it never came. I figured it was because of the driver so we drove there. We placed an order online for pick up. When we get there we see a sign that says 'lobby closed' and no answer in the drive thru. The doors were unlocked so I yelled in to see if anyone was going to help us. Not a soul to be found. So I canceled my order again.
Sign on the front says open 10 to 10 Personal sign that says lobby closed now go to the drive-through and they only have exact cash sounds like they wanted to tip for the night for nothing after we walk there from great wolf lodge with kids in snow
Ordered chicken fingers and they were almost completely raw.
No exaggeration! My butter burger only had 1 pathetic onion, no sauce, and the large fry i oelrdered was barley enough to cover bottom of container. See photos. And took FOREVER!
The place was filthy ! Every table dirty , floor filthy. No paper towel in bathroom! No tea in container. Diet Coke tasted old. But the burger and fries were good.
Short on staff, drive thru closed, dining room closed, but you had to walk in to order your carryout order.
