Ordered a coffee, waited 20 minutes inside, still no coffee. When I asked, they said oh your coffee is right there. It had been sitting on counter for 10 minutes but didn't have my name, it was someone else's name. Then it was already cooled off and did not taste like what I ordered. Also cup was only three quarters full. Have never had a good experience at this Starbucks. Won't be going back.
Excellent service. Very fast, friendly & professional. They just need a better location like in front of the Sandusky Mall. Current location is not enough space and too much traffic for its area
Ordered and EGG AND CHEESE sandwich, no sausage. Was given one with sausage. Gave it back to ask for what I paid for (I hate sausage so removing the patty wasn't happening when I paid over $4). What I got back was a sandwich they took the patty off, you could still smell/taste the sausage on it and 1 side of thensandwhich was rock hard.I'd give 1 star but the drinks are fine.If you mess up just make the correct thing if someone asks. There's a reason they order it the way they do.
Quick with orders and friendly clean atmosphere. Parking lot can be difficult to navigate
They moved their order sign (probably due to covid effects on business), it caused a little confusion, but they were very nice.As always, the drinks and fat pills were very good.
